None for Luton but I have got 20 points for Sunderland

Possibly although the order is shown in the online system, in fact I had to go there to ask for a resend of the order because it didn't send out an email.

Managed to purchase three tickets but couldn’t select from the map, as was the case for most people.

When I received confirmation of my purchase it said my tickets would be posted to the below address…. This was my old address from 4 years ago even tho the club have my current address on the system.

Spoke to the ticket office and apparently peoples details haven’t all transferred to ticketmaster.

Worth people checking when purchasing.

Same happened with mine confirming purchase but saying will be delivered to an old address which I deleted from my account 3 years ago. This new system isn't looking promising.

I emailed to ask and they say they should have been added after purchase. Sent them a screen shot showing they haven’t but not heard back yet. The tickets are showing in my history but not the loyalty points.

Odd. The 3 transactions in my loyalty point history are them setting the points up on the new system, and they add up to my total points. It’s a mess.

I’ve been demoted back down to second day sales after being in the first day for most of last season. Can’t even look at availability until it’s my turn.

I never checked there, I just saw that my loyalty points total had gone up 20 as had the other three I bought tickets for.

I’ve now taken a look at my points history and found these two entries for today (and remember I purchased over the phone).

It’s looking as though points are not being awarded for online purchases.

Also, one of our group is 10 points short of a significant number of points. He went to Fulham last season when we only received 10 points instead of 20. It had been the same for the previous game against Brighton.

Oh good. Another battle with ticket office then. I’m still waiting for them to send a breakdown of my purchase history as I don’t seem to be able to access it.

How you do that? When I got into the ticket page, the only thing I can see in my account history is blocks of points they’ve transferred from the old system. It doesn’t break it down by game.

So I’ve ordered 4 tickets for the game and allocated the tickets to the relevant people with no issues there

But the confirmation email I’ve received has me as the assigned customer for all 4.

I've had an email today saying that the loyalty points will be added to the relevant numbers after the game has been played as they have issues adding points when tickets aren't bought online. They're currently working with ticketmaster to rectify the issues....

Not checked my updated points (previously in the top category) but no issues when checking out for Sunderland this morning, much quicker & easier platform than in previous years. Will hopefully be a positive going forward if they get it right.

Is there still an option for collection as that was my preferred method with the reliabilty of Royal Mail in my area.

I have just bought Sunderland tickets and they will be delivered and I couldn't see where I could change the option to collect.

If you go into the ticketing site, go into account management and then account history you should see an entry that reads 'You purchased n items' where n is the number of tickets in your order. Expand that by clicking on the down arrow to the right and it should give you all the information with who you've assigned the ticket to.

As below, the black boxes were the four different people although the email showed them all against my number.
