Must still be unreserved Tony because last year you couldn’t make out the seat numbers at all.

Unless they’ve had brand new seats put in but I doubt it.

I've checked my tickets from last season and the season before and they both clearly have UNRESERVED SEATING on them. This time I've been given a row and number and they are nowhere near each other.

No suggestion that there were going to be allocated seats when we bought them and then we had the fiasco of them all having to be bought separately.

What's the best way of me contacting the ticket office and arranging for 2 Luton tickets to be collected on Monday at Luton? I've tried telephoning yesterday afternoon and again several times this morning. I live in south west London, so collecting tickets in Burnley isn't an option.

Picked mine up with the same issue as others (we couldn’t buy them together at the time due to the friends and family network issue) and all three have rows and seats and are separate. Like CT we will be sitting / standing together too.

The ticket office told me via email on 29/7/24 that they were going to be sent out that day- not received mine yet, so suspect it’s more bull!!

They told me the same and I hadn't had mine so emailed yesterday to chase, they told me they would post them today. I've asked to clarify the address they're coming to and that i'll get all 3 tickets sent together, as due to the issues I had to buy them all separately, but not had confirmation of that yet. Pretty poor that we as fans are having to do all the chasing with no communication from the club.

They are brilliant at communicating when it’s good news but appalling when there are issues. That’s the whole club, not just ticketing.

It's worse than just pretty poor. I'm a southern based fan, have always been, so have been buying tickets for matches like this for 30 odd years. I've NEVER experienced a situation of absolute silence from the club on the fundamental logistical basics of how tickets are being distributed. I get things for this match might all have been running late, but to have not had anything at all on the website, and for people having to take it upon themselves to contact the ticket office, as we all seem to have had to do, is not much better than incompetent.

But hey, they put out a video of someone from the States visiting for their first game last season sometime so that's all OK. Forgotten who their actual customers, ie fans, are.

Club are opening the Fan Zone for this game:

£5 for adults including a pint
£2.50 for kids including a soft drink

Haven’t received any of my tickets for the Luton game. Foundation ticket posted 1st class 5days ago and 2 tickets bought under the Platinum scheme posted on Tuesday. None arrived in the far off and remote suburbs of London despite me receiving other post every day. Glad I spent all that money to buy the tickets.
I have emailed and phoned the ticket office every day and they tell me not to worry as the game is on Monday !!!

If you need any further matchday assistance, you can visit the Ticket Office - located on Kenilworth Road, directly outside the ground and next to the Club shop. Open from 9am up to kick-off and until required, after the full-time whistle.
