Our 3rd strip

Post by Bin Ont Turf » Sat Aug 10, 2024 9:47 pm

Now we're talking, that's proper (if you ignore the shite in the middle of the shirt obviously).

Makes up for the home and away abominations.

It's a league winning shirt, no one wins anything in black.

The white one is the only one worth looking at.

I used to like it when we played in claret and blue shirts, white shorts and either white socks or hooped socks.

I have in the past, been partial to a yellow away shirt, like the one wore by Billy Hamilton.

Yellow and Claret goes together an absolute treat.

A favourite of mine.

Apart from when we won the league last time when we had a black third kit.

Sheffield Wednesday have told supporters that if they turn up in fake football shirts they will be asked to leave the ground and information will be passed to the relevent parties'.

I would say it’s very much a ‘IPTV/Firestick’ warning that seems to get issued at the start of each season. As you say, it’ll be extremely difficult to monitor. The prices Sheffield Wednesday charge for shirts is very expensive.

Like us, Sunderland have released a kit in a celebration of their “mining heritage” 🤔

Reading the comments on the BBC article I have to ask do people actually get paid for writing that rubbish?
