Emails to the ticket office

Post by Claret Till I Die » Tue Aug 13, 2024 3:04 pm

Does anyone know if the TO emails are working? The last few times that I've emailed them I've had a quick reply saying that they'd get back ASAP or words to that effect. I've emailed this morning saying that we've not had out STs but not had any reply as yet!

Personally I’d phone or call in.

They have probably sent the reply to the wrong email address

E-Mailed them a few times over the weekend about my season ticket and normally got a reply within a couple of hours.

If you haven't yet received your ST I'd call in and get them to provide you with a replacement. Just picked mine up from an address which I left over 2 years ago.

I emailed this morning asking if they’d put our tickets for Saturday into the exchange. They replied back within 30 mins.

I phoned up at lunchtime regarding my son and grandkids tickets which had been sent to their previous address and returned to BFC by the current occupants. They answered within a couple of minutes, took their Clarets numbers, the new address and have said the tickets (or replacements) will be posted to the correct address today. Very positive experience.

With the number of e-mail addresses you must have, I'd make sure you're checking all 142 folders - replies could have gone anywhere....

I'm down to 140 now as Mr Zuckerberg deleted 2 but thank you for your help!

Please can you also go home as I'm fed up of this rain now...

I've been down and had them reprinted this afternoon after talking to our postman, who said that he delivered a big batch last week. God only knows where the originals are.... :?

Just had similar for 2 of our 4 tickets, that’s despite checking every possible page on the site where details, are stored and they’re all correct. No sign of the other 2 tickets. Really is poor, had exactly the same last season and was assured it was sorted.

They've presumably used an out of date database for the addresses.

Strangely though, ours turned up here and we’ve only lived here 4 years.

Other folk reporting theirs going back further sent to wrong addresses.

I emailed about season tickets this morning and got a reply saying all tickets sent out in 1 go. Also said I could ask for replacement. Mine went to my son’s address but daughter in law hasn’t got hers.

I'm starting to panic now. I'll have another go at phoning later .
I'm away until the Rovers game and the last thing I need is to have to sort this mess out in the Ticket Office just before the game.

Yay, I managed to get through first attempt this morning, loads of STs being sent out today and tomorrow, the (American) bloke claimed.
I do hope that's not BS.
Apparently, there have been " lots of calls"....
