Think only half of each block were initially put on sale (back half of block 30 and front half of 28) , so there may be more available if they all sell.

They were in the ticket office yesterday but I was told that Sunderland had only sent half of what we needed down. Although mine were bought on the first day of sale they weren't there when they looked through them

ticket office told me if you live in a burnley post code tickets are ready to pick up, if not they have posted yesterday

And what are they classing as a Burnley postcode? BB10,11 & 12?
What about other BB codes from Nelson & Colne?

Been in this morning. Seems Sunderland have sent different tickets to the ones that were put on the website for selection. I bought straight away as they went on sale in P34. Tickets have to be manually reallocated, I got mine done there and then and now in P38. Seems to be a nightmare whilst still dealing with season ticket issues at the same time. No indication of what people should do, but that is why mine hadn’t been sent out, and hadn’t been allocated to be sent out.

Went in to the ticket office yesterday afternoon to ask about Sunderland ticket and after a bit of rummaging around some stacks of envelopes I got told it's probably been posted out.Nothing received today either

I think that they only put 1/2 of blocks 28 and 30 on sale, so maybe more available tomorrow.

Just found out when booking the Leeds tickets that they and the Sunderland tickets were marked down for my old address from 3 years ago, I thought it was just the season ticket cards so beware.

It doesn't even tell you on your purchase history which address you had put down like the old system either. It's a shambles

This was raised by the FAB at my request but doesn’t look like it has been acted on by the club despite them saying they would improve communication.

It’s not really difficult to send a tweet or social media message out along the lines of ‘we have a limited number of Sunderland tickets left which are currently unavailable online but will go back on sale later today. They can still be bought at the ticket office.’

Must be frustrating for someone to log on today, see that non are available, presume they are sold out and then hear later that that wasn’t the case.

Said it would be helpful if something was put out to say about the ones with a BB postcode could be collected and got the response “yeah we know”
