Let down by the board? If we've received £20-25m its money we cant turn down, and might mean we can keep 2-3 others.

You cant blame them for this one, hes a premier league player that's been offered a chance to play for one of the biggest clubs in the country on mega wages.

Very much only shades, Ralph had been one of our best players for a number of years. I'm in a WhatsApp group with some friends from Spurs and the group is called 'Ralph Coates'. I've just messaged to say the name should not be changed.

That’s as upsetting as anything I’ve heard regarding player sales. I had Wilson down as our player with the highest ceiling. That lad can go to the very very top. I guess it appears spurs also realised this and gave us enough money that we had to sell. Still gutted about it - I do think he could easily be worth £100m in 2 years but it’s a gamble we can’t take/afford if we’re getting near £30m now in the championship I suppose.
