If your tickets haven't arrived by Thursday I'd suggest you get in touch with our Ticket Office and they can arrange a reprint for pickup at Sunderland.

I spoke to ticket office again today. All remaining tickets were posted on Monday, so they should be delivered Thursday at the latest.
Might be worth ringing them in the morning and double checking the delivery address they have dispatched them to.

I rang today to ask where my tickets were and they said all remaining tickets were sent out Tuesday so should be here by Friday

Sunderland ticket has not arrived yet nor my season ticket.

Went to the TO on Saturday and said it would be delivered 1st Class mail on Monday. Thinking about this, they didn't specify which Monday!

The season ticket they promised to replace on 15th August.

I managed to buy one earlier this week from TO and went in this morning to collect, I chose the collect option to avoid the postal fiasco that’s been going on recently. Anyway they told me it was posted out yesterday even though I opted to collect

Went down to collect, guess what? Already posted out to my OLD address again even though they said they updated my details 2 weeks ago when they sent my season ticket to my old address from 4 years ago. Honestly you couldn't make this shite up with them..

I would go in and collect the season ticket if you can. last thing you want is being in a queue next game (forget who it is against) for an early kick off

I am in similar position, no ticket arrived here.

I rang just now and there is a small batch of tickets that have been sold but haven’t arrived at Burnley’s ticket office.
Obviously not going to arrive now. So they send the details to Sunderland and reprint at their Ticket office. Anyone who hasn’t got their ticket to ring our ticket office and ask for a reprint

Post has been today and no ticket so I’m tempted to go down to the sorting office this afternoon and see if there’s a backlog. I’ve asked to go on the reprint list for now but with the look of things it sounds like there’ll be a hefty queue tomorrow!

We will have to go on the reprint list after I went to collect mine on Saturday and was told it had been posted out last Thursday- of course it hasn't arrived. I feel for the staff having to deal with the awful new ticketing system but the lack of communication is shocking.

I understand that the Ticket Office at Sunderland is in Black Cat House SR5 1SU. Which I think is just around the ground from the away turnstiles.
