Re: upgrading a ticket
Yeah, divide the cost of the season ticket by 23 then take that away from the price of an adult ticket for that seat /game and that is the price you pay.

Re: upgrading a ticket
I've been assured by the ticket office that I can do this online, but I cannot seem to see how to - any clear instructions would be great

Re: upgrading a ticket
yeah - worked that much out myself - it's when I try to upgrade the ticket that it all comes crashing down, as in doesn't work at all - just goes to a new page and says there's been an error.ŽižkovClaret wrote: ↑Tue Aug 27, 2024 2:10 pmDon't have time for a full instruction job, but:

I have re-contacted the ticket office, but I wont hold my breath before Saturday and I'll have to see if they can sort it before the game

Re: upgrading a ticket
the error I get is this... could it be because I'm in the CFS - I'm actually trying to upgrade my lads ticket from U18 to an Adult as he cant make it - you'd think the club would want my money right...

Re: upgrading a ticket
Hmm might be a case for the dreaded "check with the ticket office"

Re: upgrading a ticket
What planet is the club currently on ?
Does anything actually work as it should ffs ?
I'm a very patient, understanding and forgiving person
but the club are really testing my resolve to the absolute limit, I have to say.

Re: upgrading a ticket
After 84 attempts to get through to the ticket office by phone -I have managed it 3 times. As always they were very helpful when I got through. The upgrade isn’t working - you can transfer the ticket to a friend as long as they are in your network and their account is set up to accept transfers. Once you’ve done this you and your friend get an email to confirm the transfer. About an hour later you get a second email that has a link with the actual ticket - once you have that you can take it into the ticket office to get it upgraded.

Re: upgrading a ticket
My Cousin attempted to do this online but repeatedly got an error message. However, the TO sorted this out in person very quickly today.

Making changes to season tickets for this seasons has been painful to say the least. My daughter and wife couldn't renew this year so I cancelled them but wanted to retain my wifes seat for my nephew. They still took the first adult dd monthly payment (I did cancel before the deadline) but sorted that after about 10 emails and numerous phone calls (used the payment as a credit against the u12 ticket). I created an account for my nephews for a clarets number. Mine and my sons tickets arrived but nephews didnt. Logged in after reading I could download it from the new ticket site. Using the same login details as the mainsite for my nephew the Ticket master site took me to my daughters account, so still no ticket and no response from the office
