Wondering if we’re announcing this now because the Tresor deal has fallen through? Wasn’t there a limit on number of players you can loan out to foreign teams? Is it that we’ve been able to get this lad up to Dundee now Tresor is staying put?

On the following link, quoting FIFA rules, says for this season it is a maximum of 7 loans in and 7 loans out at one time, down from 8 last season and it will be 6 from next season and onwards:

Phenomenal when you consider how low we were feeling pre Sunderland and almost everyday since we have heard of a number of players wanting out. Hopefully the bad apples have gone, the club has generated some great fees and we seem to have brought in some sensible and exciting talent. If we get a result tomorrow then great, as Scott has the internationasl break to gel these new faces, plus we have kept Koleosho, Brownhill, Foster.

An immense task not only finding a new manager and coaching staff but also a full overhaul of the squad in a very short space of time.

The squad we have now is excellent for this level and we look much stronger in experience and mentality.

They tried it in England a few years thinking the rest of Europe will follow suit but they didn't so England went back to the deadline as we know it at the moment but totally agree the deadline should be in place before the season starts.

If we get flemming over the line then it’s a good window being able to keep some of our key players.

We are a striker light but let’s hope we will be ok till January.

I think that's very much up for debate. Especially if Fleming is a loan.

Let's say we've brought in a very cautious estimate of 60 mill from transfers this window, plus parachute payments and then brought in mainly loans to replace huge talents such as Berge, Odobert, O Shea and Zaroury. I really don't see the massive positives that others are seeing, we've downgraded in quality hugely and we don't know where that moneys going. I suppose we will find out in the next 2 transfer windows, if we don't spend anything then big questions need asking.

Fair play. We were a Luca Koleosho transfer away from complete meltdown, and it turned pretty quickly into a decent window. Over to you Scott! Take us back to the promised land so we can moan about VAR and top teams getting favourable treatment
