Got two tickets but my word, it was a scramble due to both Chrome and Edge (on both laptop and mobile) failing to load the seat plan. It just kept saying 'could not load'. Safari of all browsers on mobile went straight in so managed to get two together. The curse of being on 1980 points!

Nightmare on both Chrome and Edge for me, won't allow me to select seats half the time even when I can load the seat plan.

At least you will be on 2,000 points now.

I had the same Jedi with the seat plan, but managed to get it working on chrome and got three tickets for me and my sons. We are all on 1970 so not far off 2,000.

Looks like they have all gone now.

I've just spoken to the ticket office, who confirmed a sell-out. The lady said the allocation was 1,400, which I thought was small considering that on Football Ground Guide and Away Days Guide they both say the allocation for away fans can be up to 5,000 if the demand is there.

Capacity is 12500.

Think we are entitled to 10% of capacity so 1250.

So getting 1436 is fair enough

I'm guessing they are more popular post promotion so tickets for the home end will be in more demand.

I think there is high demand from most clubs to play there this season, however I think that the demand will be just as high in the home areas so it would have unlikely that anyone would be getting nearly half capacity. That 1400 allocation was probably about right

Do you have a season ticket? You can't access it if you don't have a season ticket, even if you have enough points or Friends and Family with enough points.

Sorry aggi if this has been stated before, does this mean if you don't have a season ticket then you can't buy tickets online for the few games you could go to? Or have I completely misunderstood your comment?

You need a season tickets and the required points level until tickets reach General Sale, (which they haven't done for this game due to the tickets being sold out earlier), when you just need a membership number.

Thanks aggi for clearing that up. Hopefully I'll be able to get to see some games this season, especially the Norwich game which is about 30 mins from me now I've moved to Norfolk!

I asked the TO for clarification on this and this is the reply -
The payment owner needs the permissions to view and purchase the ticket, so you will need to login as the person with the correct points/membership.

I contacted the club about the teamcard credit issue a while back and the only way to use the points/money for ticket purchases is to have the Ticket Office transfer the balance over the the "OnAccount" element of your ticket account.
I managed to use that today for the tickets I bought - although I still had to enter my credit card details to pay the £1.50 postal fee!
Hope that makes sense...

I've just come off the phone from a very helpful chap in the ticket office who had transferred all.my credit to my ticketing account.
In future, when I apply online for an away ticket, or a season ticket, it will give me an option to pay with my remaining credit.

Has everyone received theirs? My mate got his a few days after purchasing but the one I ordered hasn’t arrived yet. Ticket office said last batch was sent out Friday so surely should be here today/tomorrow at the latest
