Portsmouth Tickets

Post by SuperGlennyLittle » Fri Sep 13, 2024 3:04 pm

Don't get to many games, so not sure if anything's changes this season or not...

I've bought tickets for the Portsmouth game on the 21st.

I've not received any QR code (as per last year) or physical tickets. Anyone know if this is normal this year?

Hopefully the ticket office will be open tomorrow morning after parkrun, and I'll pop in to see.

You should get another email about a week before the game. Think you have to download the ticket to Google or Apple wallet though this year.

Still waiting for an email for tickets, have others got theirs?

The word normal doesn’t apply to the BFC Ticket office.

They delivered my Sunderland ticket with two different address cards in the envelope and they still have not delivered my season ticket card claiming they have sent it twice.

All the stories I read on here I’m starting to think it’s a miracle that I’ve never, ever had a problem!

I phoned ticket office this morning and was told they were sending out ‘on-line’ tickets today.
I’ve now received the 3 tickets I ordered

Same...never the slightest issue...we're probably a very large "silent majority".

I never had a problem with away tickets until last season - when you have to visit the away ticket office for reprints prior to the game it proper messes up your day.

Had to do this a few times due to tickets inexplicably lost.

It will be the vast majority, even if a 1000 season tickets went missing
It's not just on here, but people very rarely post when something goes as it should

Touch wood I've never had a problem with the ticket office in nearly 60 yrs

I just purchased 2 together at front of longside upper...the whole process from going online to the QR arriving on my phone took not much more than a minute.

I’ve bought 3 for QPR at home. Money has been taken and “my next game” in app shows as QPR but no email confirmation or QR codes sent. Checked junk etc.

Should I just expect the QR codes to be emailed a week before?

Seems a bizarre way to do it with people left in the dark in the meantime
