Euston to the O2
Going to watch the return of Mike Portnoy to Dream Theater in a fortnight at the O2 in London.
I've never been to the O2 before, but I've been throughout London enough to know I detest the tube.
Is there a viable alternative to tubing it? I think the answer is no, but some Euston or Charlton based clarets may be better placed to advise!

Re: Euston to the O2
It’s possible to get a Thames clipper boat from Westminster to the 02 it takes about an hour £20 return , a more interesting way to get there , easier going back by tube though

Euston to Green Park on Victoria Line, change to Jubilee Line straight to North Greenwich for O2.

Re: Euston to the O2
The Tube is the fastest, quickest and easiest option.
If you're insistent on it using it then you could make the short walk to Kings Cross and get a Thameslink train to London Bridge. Then catch a train to Charlton. It's a 40 minute walk from Charlton so a cab might be a better option from there.
Or you could get the same Thameslink train to London Bridge, then walk north across the bridge to Bank station. Probably 15 minute walk. From there you can catch the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) to Royal Victoria stop. Then a 5 minute walk takes you to the IFS Cloud Royal Docks cable car stop to cross the river in style by gondola. Then you're right next to the O2

Personally I'd just grin and bear it on the tube

Re: Euston to the O2
Try ‘tfl journey planner’ it is possible to edit taking out the tube option. Will show bus only route

Re: Euston to the O2
Unless you have a lot of time to kill or really struggle with the tube I'd just get the tube, it's way quicker than the other options.
Otherwise I'd walk fifteen minutes or so south to the British museum and get the 188 bus to the O2 from there. Will be well over an hour on the bus though.
