Happy with the Commanders being 3-1 but not at my selection. Trouble being that’s why I love the sport close games and winning drives.

There are very few reliable teams this season, and it's a tough week as most ties are between two better teams, two bad teams or two schyzophrenic teams.

I'm lumping on the commanders and Jayden Daniels thus week. The browns would probably have a better chance if the browns started Winston, but that's not going to happen soon with that Watson contract.

Gameweek (GW) 5 results

Hi all, another week with more winners than losers. Interestingly, it was only the Seahawks and the 49ers letting people down this week. I think Tim Shorts summed it up nicely above, very few reliable teams so far this season. I am convinced that the Chiefs will lose the week I pick them, so I should save that for when they face the Bucs!

Game of the week has to be Falcons beating the Bucs (as much as it pains me!) although shout out to the Vikings and Jets at Spurs Stadium, really enjoyed that one.

Feel free to post any other highlights you picked up on.

Absolutely. The more I watch the game, the more I love it and how unpredictable it is. The skill, athleticism, power, tactics and the crowds are mindblowing. What a start to this season it's been and it's gonna be fascinating to see how it all pans out. Chiefs definitely looking like recordbreakers, but so much can happen between now & the Superbowl. It's funny how a competition without promotion and relegation can be so exciting to watch during a season, and not just at the closing stages.

Yeah, the draft and salary caps are brilliant, giving some parity across the teams to keep spending fairly even. All about how they spend the money, rather than the amount you spend. The Chiefs have done that brilliantly in recent years, a proper well oiled winning machine. Contrast it with a club like Chelsea, who inevitably get it right in the end because they can just chuck more money at the problem until it is fixed.

Even the worst teams in the NFL have some top quality players
