Not quite the Oasis scenario, but I'll be poised at 1000 on the 27th. Shortish trip for me and hugely enjoyed our last visit!!!

Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
There are two sets of prices for this game for the north and east stands. Last time we sold the more expensive ones first but this time it’s apparently the other way round.
Both sets of prices are at the link.

North stand is in the corner and slightly behind the goals, East stand is in the corner and slightly on the side.

Hope I can get tickets for this one - just fall short of the 1'750 point range .....

About 2,500 in that corner isn't it? Don't think anyone will struggle for a ticket.

I just bought a ticket in the block nearest to behind the goals.

Are we selling the cheaper tickets first?

Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
none available, have we taken our full allocation?
Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Yes but we've only put the North stand on sale (and they're sold out). The East stand has still to go on sale
Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information

Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Mine arrived, which we bought during that 'glitch' on the site where anyone could buy any ticket for any game. Didn't matter as plenty of availability for this game but interesting that it all went through.
Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
I’d imagine a few more of these might shift now on the back of yesterdays result.
Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
The ticket office closing at 2 now doesn't help those of us who are working. Don't understand why there can't be a cash turnstile or buy a ticket on the night for games like this.

I remember parking near railway and walking over a rail bridge.

Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
I won't even know if I can go until lunchtime on Wednesday. If I can't collect at Hull, or pay on the day, then I can't go.
Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Does anybody know if it will be possible to get tickets on the night. I won’t know until around three on weds if I can get there in time.

Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
It's the end of the walk-ons....at least for away fans.
I'm another that won't know if I can make it until Tuesday so won't be able to get a ticket sorted beforehand (not least as I'm no where near Burnley to go down the ticket office).
Annoying......

Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
You’d think there would be a way you could buy a ticket online right up to the game and get an e-ticket delivered.
If not, the club should really offer a service whereby fans can collect and buy tickets from a stall or something at the away ground (I’m sure home teams would facilitate it, particularly if it meant they didn’t have to deal with reprints).

The away club would have to have the ability to scan the ticket, not all clubs haveNewClaret wrote: ↑Sun Oct 20, 2024 9:13 pmYou’d think there would be a way you could buy a ticket online right up to the game and get an e-ticket delivered.

Has anyone spoken to Hull, to see if it's possible to buy a ticket on the day?
Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
If there's plenty left i don't see why they can't be returned to Hull and sold on the night.

I've got tickets for the home end, (family all season ticket holders)
If there are away tickets on the night, i might switch!

Surely you can sort something with the ticket office and get Hull to do a reprint ?
It's ridiculous if you're not within a reasonable distance of Turf Moor you can't make an impulsive decision to go to the match on the day.

Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Yes, understand that, but this is where I think the EFL should be stepping in and introducing a standardised ticketing system that all clubs must implement to benefit fan experience.
But if not there should be mandated facilities to pay on the day for any spare seats left over, either administered by the home club or away club in some way.
This thread highlights the quite reasonable scenarios where we’d increase attendances and sell more tickets to those who aren’t able to decide in advance had a choice to buy on the day.
Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Unfortunately the Police and the home clubs won't want unknown numbers turning up without tickets.NewClaret wrote: ↑Mon Oct 21, 2024 12:40 pmYes, understand that, but this is where I think the EFL should be stepping in and introducing a standardised ticketing system that all clubs must implement to benefit fan experience.

Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
That’s a fair point, but if it were a popular game where numbers were going to be an issue you’d expect a sell out situation.
Take Millwall, away capacity is say 2,900, we might sell say 1100. It’s unlikely therefore that another 1,800 are going to turn up on the day. But 100 or whatever might and that’s both good for the clubs, fans and league.
But a far better situation would just be a ticketing solution that could be purchased up to the game. The technology exists, we’re just not organised enough to standardise it.
Re: 2024/25: Hull City v Burnley – Ticket Information
I think that in the PL from 2025/26(?) season, all tickets have to be digital. In which case tickets could probably be sold right up to ko..NewClaret wrote: ↑Mon Oct 21, 2024 6:09 pmThat’s a fair point, but if it were a popular game where numbers were going to be an issue you’d expect a sell out situation.

Thing is with the premier league games, they’re likely all sold out well in advance anyway, but hopefully the EFL will follow their lead!
