But I don't know why they've given a date for people to collect tickets if they're all being posted?
Has it been said anywhere official that this is happening.
I didn't notice if you could uncheck the delivery option tbh, or it could be delivery up to a certain date, then collection when it's too late to post.

I'm assuming that once tickets have arrived at Burnley you can still go down and just buy one?

Not seen anything official but there was no Collect option and when I queried this with the TO was told this was being implemented for this game but they didn't know about future games.

Maybe the person you spoke to was wrong?
I know there was the £1.50 delivery charge, but could you uncheck that?
I know people love to be critical of the club, but I would have thought something like this would be reported. It does say they can be collected from yesterday in the email from the club

The person definitely wasn't wrong who informed me that online sales were only by post (with no collect option being available ) and there was no option to remove the £1.50 postage charge. PS - I'm in no way being critical of the club, I'm just reporting the situation.

at least we aren't in the same boat as say man utd fans, i have a mate who goes to quiet a lot of utd away games, they sometimes get an email saying they have to attend the away ground an hour before kick off with photo id to collect the tickets from a club rep or they dont get in the ground this is to stop selling on of away tickets to fans that dont qualify , should count our lucky stars that there nearly always enough tickets to go around for away games.

oh and i will pick them up where i can as i think its a bit rich them charging £1.50 to post them out !!!

Just trying to order 2 tickets for Stoke away online for myself and 14 year old son but when I try and assign the Under 15 ticket to my son it’s coming back with an error saying as it’s an age specific ticket and the date of birth of who it’s assigned to needs to be updated.

I’ve gone into my sons account and his date of birth is blank and there’s no option to update it.

I’ve never seen this or had this issue previously when purchasing tickets for him so just wondering if anyone else has encountered it and how they resolved it

You've to ring the ticket office and they'll add his DOB

Happened to me when trying to buy for Sheff Wed. They’d lost lots of DOBs on the database.
