Oliver Sonne

Post by fidelcastro » Sun Dec 22, 2024 5:09 pm

Supposedly already signed, or pre contract agreement maybe.

Don't know if it's been mentioned anywhere on here, but he's the nephew of former supermodel Helena Christensen!

Surely for the first team at the age of 24?

I'm guessing so. Full international now too!

Not sure what position we're earmarking him for though. Depending on which article you read he's either a RB or a midfielder.

Maybe the next Grezza! :D

Pretty sure he's a right back. He'll find it hard to take Roberts' place in the team given how we'll he's playing.

Why the exclamation mark at the end of your last sentence?

Exclamation marks are used to express, we'll, exclamation. It's quite an interesting fact and the exclamation isn't out of place at all.

Don't let it worry you!!!!!

I've no idea. Just going on what I've read since he's been linked. I'd never heard of him beforehand either.

Sounds a bit like Vitinho in terms of profile. An option wide right or fullback

Perhaps in the early stages of his time with us he will take a spot on the bench instead of one of the centre backs giving us an option at fullback or the wing. Clearly Sambo isn’t ready yet if he’s fit and Parker chooses Egan, Worrall, Delcroix and Ekdal to all sit on the bench ahead of him

I’ve seen this written before, but with Brownhill, Laurent and Hannibal all on our books, I’m not sure how we can bring in a better option - as back up to Cullen- and expect him to sit on the bench

Our transfer business should be minimal with the focus squarely on a single forward...unless of course important players leave which seems unlikely.

For me Massengo is good enough to be the backup for Cullen or to actually play alongside Cullen. I feel like a player of Massengos age is halting his development with us just sitting on the bench
