Err, how do I post a photo on here?
I had to consult a mate with far more technical knowledge than me.
The initial problem was that my photos have far bigger file sizes than the messageboard allows.
We initially used some software to downsize the pics but ran into problems.
Mate then provided a solution and all the above photos are lossless. He provided me with step by step instructions as to how to do it. At first I thought that it was rather complicated process but after a few goes it becomes second nature.
He sent me the instructions on a WhatsApp message which I would be happy to send but I've not a clue how to do it. Do I just need your address?

That’s a screenshot of a paused video that’s why it’s not too clear ,but it’s cost be about £40 for the camera and I’ve extended an Ethernet cable over about 50 yds and it works a treat,we have a big picture window at the back and my wife sits facing it and was always on about what birds were on the feeders,so now I can either watch it live on my iPad or see it later, jobs a good un .

Thank you, but when I try to post my photo, it says something about not enough information.
I really struggle with this type of thing, see my post about buying season tickets on line!
So many people my age feel left out and left behind.

Without seeing the specific error message then I'm having to guess a bit, but it sounds like you failed to add some text to the message.
To attach a picture you still need to add some words to the post, even if it's just something as simple as a full stop

Was there myself just after noon on Thursday, a glorious day.
Amazing how the frostiness made the estuary look as icetuary.

Yes, I meant the estuary which is still subject to tidal flows. Not that I have a clue as to when they happen.

Over Christmas we had a walk around Rivington and Winter Hill. This picture of a fog bow is taken near Two Lads, you can just see the Winter Hill mast in the distance. How has it taken me this long to learn about a fog bow!
