I have credit on my account, how do I use this to pay for some of my Season Ticket?
Any credit on your account will be automatically deducted from the cost of your Season Ticket. If you are paying for a friend or family member's ticket and they also have credit available, this will also be automatically deducted from the price of their ticket.

Please note, the auto-renewal option is only available for payments made in full using either Debit/ Credit Card or Direct Debit. By opting in to auto-renewal, you will be unable to use account credit as a payment method.

Thanks

However

Only gave me access to the money I gained from selling my matchday seat, nothing taken off from the share money

I'd suggest that you either email or ring the TO.

Someone must have been reading this thread!

The website has been updated, and I've just bought my season ticket online using my credit.

It even took the £1.50 postage off my credit balance, whereas previously I've needed to use my debit card.

So I can purchase an extra one as a member? Or the new season ticket holder can't as a non member?
i think if you are a member you can buy one season ticket per membership from the 7th. if you arent a member then general sale is 14th - thats how i read it anyway

Re the child season ticket.
I had to ring the club today, who resolved very quickly.
It's a permission thing on friends and family now.
If your kids have an email you can request permission and they have to approve/accept. I wasn't able to do this hence the call to the ticket office. Hope that helps

Hard to understand what to do with my kids season ticket? Do I just leave to it auto renew? Or do I have to do it? Trying to navigate the site is hard work.

Lovely simple process last year to renew and pay in one go for my ticket and my dads on the app.

Nightmare this year as my 80yr old dad needs to download the app/ set up an account and navigate through the gates of hell.

Will have to call the ticket office and try and manage it that way.

Yup, I managed it. Use the "head and shoulders" icon at the top right of the screen - select "view account menu" - select "ticketing" - select "season ticket auto renewal status" and BINGO.

Despite saying auto renewal, it is also for payment in full.

Good luck

And here's me thinking that the whole reason for having plastic cards was that we didn't need a new one every season..

I don't think that was ever the reason for swapping paper ticket books with plastic cards.

Anybody know how to renew my kids season tickets from my account, they're under friends and family.
On your F and F you need to click on their account and change it from Assign to Manage.

Creating and using the 'my network' feature (linked Accounts)

My Network is designed to make it easy for you to purchase tickets online on behalf of your friends & family.

Once you have created your network you can easily allocate tickets that are in your basket to your friends and family. Before you can create your own network, you must be registered online.

Important: Friends or Family members must have already activated their accounts in order for you to add them into your Network
Once logged in, click the supporter icon in top right corner of the screen.
Click View Account Menu
Under Account Management section click “My Network”
Click “Add Members”
Add Fan Number and surname of your friend or family member.
This will bring up a name and email address. Click ‘SELECT’ to add to your friend or family member to your network

ADDING TO YOUR NETWORK
When you add a friend to your network, you are automatically added to your friend's network at the same time. At this stage you can both purchase tickets on the other's behalf.

However, you can always edit the abilities of others in your network to assign o manage your tickets using the options outlined below:

MANAGING YOUR NETWORK
Click on the drop-down arrow next to the name of the person you want to manage and you will be able to edit ticket privileges or remove the member from your network.

EDIT TICKET PRIVILEGES
Supporters can have two levels of ticket privileges. You can either, ASSIGN or MANAGE your friends' tickets and they can either ASSIGN or MANAGE yours.

To find out what privileges you have on your friends account, and what privileges they have on yours, click in their name on the MY NETWORK PAGE.

WHERE IT SAYS 'ME':
If it says, "I can ASSIGN ticket to XX", then you can only buy tickets for that person.
If it says, "I can MANAGE tickets for XX" then you can buy tickets for that person, pay for their reserved seats in cup games, and renew their Season Ticket for them.

WHERE IT SAYS THEIR NAME:
If it says "XX can ASSIGN tickets to me", then they can only buy tickets for you.
If it says "XX can MANAGE tickets for me", then they can buy tickets for you, pay for your reserved seats in cup games, and renew your Season Ticket for you.

EDIT YOUR PRIVILEDGES
Click where is says EDIT next to either your name or your friends name.
To edit your privileges on your friend’s account. Choose one of the two tick boxes: “I can ASSIGN tickets to XX” or “I can MANAGE tickets for XX”.
The Assign option is ticked by default. If you can currently manage your friends account and you want to change to assign only, simply click the ASSIGN BOX.

If you click MANAGE - a request will be sent to your friends registered email address, they will have to accept your friends to manage their account by logging into their own account and accepting your request.

EDIT YOUR FRIEND'S PRIVILEGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT
Choose one of the two tick boxes: "XX can ASSIGN ticket me" or "XX can MANAGE tickets for me".
The ASSIGN option is ticked by default. If your friend can currently manage your account and you want to change to assign only, simply click the ASSIGN BOX.
If you click MANAGE then your friend will be given the privileges to manage your account from the next time they log in.

PLEASE NOTE - IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PRIVILEGES TO MANAGE YOUR FRIENDS ACCOUNT THEN YOU CANNOT CONFIRM THEIR RESERVATIONS OR NEW THEIR SEASON TICKET

Exactly what I did last night. Add the ticket to the basket as as you get to the pay screen I think there was a drop down choice to move to DD.

Always paid in full but can’t see why I would be doing that so early in the year- so moved to the DD option.

And this is easier? Do organisations think that elderly people that have no one to help them can follow those instructions?

I'm no spring chicken, but it's quite easy, I've just done it.

If they're that bad they probably don't have an online account anyway, and buy via phone or in person

I followed the three steps instructions after logging in via the Burnley FC website not the app, as the ticket office said that "the app doesn't work".
At step 3 I couldn't find any selections....and claret till I die doesn't look to have got any further with the ticket office so I will leave it in the lap of the gods and hope all goes well at the end of the month.

I've just tried again to renew my season ticket online. I want to pay for it. I don't want a direct debit, and I don't want to auto renew.
However, these are the only options I am seeing.
Where do I find the page that just let's me pay online for a season ticket?
I'm not sure that they could have made it any more difficult for older supporters.

I find it rather insulting that every time you mention you're having difficulty you bring the elderly into it.
A lot of elderly people manage quite well with technology.
I managed ok on the site, but many struggle, but they are not all elderly.
Log into your account, buy tickets, click on the person icon and you should get a page up to renew your ticket

I find that if I click on the person icon, with the red dot, I get a page with tickets for the next game, and the season ticket renewal option.

What was different this season was that if you want to pay for someone else's ticket you had to change the assign option to manage in the network. That wasn't clear till leisure posted the instructions on here.
