Re: Burnley’s next 6 league matches…
I think we might have more chance against Leeds than last night as they will come at us and leave more gaps. I don't think they know how to play defensively. Just give the ball to Egan Riley to pop over them
. Might be a game for Koleosho and Foster to run behind them. And practice getting our shots on target as they have the dodgiest keeper in the league
.

Re: Burnley’s next 6 league matches…
there's at least 15 points there, possibly all 18. A goalscorer is a must in the window. Last night showed that. These 0-0 draws are killing us, we can't keep dropping points at home.

Watching Plymouth now. They look very poor.
We need to pick up 3 points there on Wednesday.

Re: Burnley’s next 6 league matches…
We should be looking at 15 points, and I'm confident we'll win the three away games, but I'm not sure we'll get more than three draws at home! We're a very poor home team and have been all season. We may not have lost at home yet, but we've thrown far too many points away with drab performances and they will come back to haunt us.

3 points v Plymouth is the only acceptable outcome no excuses Attack from the off.

Loads of points and loads of goals!
Re: Burnley’s next 6 league matches…
Setting up for a draw at Plymouth would be inexcusable. We need to start turning these draws into wins.

Re: Burnley’s next 6 league matches…
A minimum of 15 needed. If we play like last night, Leeds will trounce us so we need to win the rest.
We don’t score goals…

That’s probably at least 4 unwarranted penalties given against us by referees whose guide dogs don’t know the rules

I’d say pretty slim, he was released by Plymouth couple of weeks ago and has signed for a club in turkey

If we want top two it's time to start doing the business especially considering we have ground to make up.

No way will we attack from the off but a 1-0 win will do and is more likely.Woodleyclaret wrote: ↑Sat Jan 18, 2025 6:01 pm3 points v Plymouth is the only acceptable outcome no excuses Attack from the off.
