Aye, fancy hoping that one of the best squads in the league might have an effort on goal playing at home, mental!
Stop being so entitled. What do you go to matches for? Entertainment? Tut. Stop being so ridiculous.

My point is that four points from Leeds, third in the table, and some of our fans are in meltdown. Some even saying last night was the worst game of football they've watched in their lifetime. I'm sorry if this offends some of the temperamentals, but these tantrums need calling out for what they are.
And yes, last night was dull, but what we saw was two teams trying their best not to lose, and cancelling themselves out. Worst game ever? Blimey.
You've highlighted the problem. It's universally agreed that last night's game was (on the entertainment scale) somewhere between dull and dreadful, and it's also (almost) universally agreed that we have had many worse games this season.
If all we want to do is watch Burnley get into the top division, then the UK tiddlywinks league would be just as entertaining. If you want to watch football, and dare I say it even see a goal now and then, the home form is simply not worth watching.

Good tactical battle but one for the football purists. The object of the game was not to lose v Leeds. We had 4 players more or less invisible all game, Fleming although he tried hard out of position, foster the imposter, who didn't seem to try hard out of position, brownhill who seems to disappear in big games and anthony who continues to flatter to decieve. Rarely beats a man, crossing a ball is alien to him and yet he'll prob just do enough on Saturday to justify selection for next game.
I think we owe a massive debt of gratitude to the back 5 and Cullen cos week after week they perform well.
I wish parker would be a bit more proactive with his subs
Reminds me of Southgate with his overly cautious approach. I think with a bit of luck and tweak of tactics we could be top by the end of February and could stay there.

I'll leave this here
Leeds have yet to play 5 out of the current top 7 at some point
Burnley and Sunderland have 2 left
Sheffield Utd have 3 + the derby away
We are currently 1 point shy of averaging 2 points per game which is widely recognised as automatic promotion form if maintained ( there's no reason it shouldn't given our run in )
That's nowhere even remotely near as to what some of the flat earthers on here are trying to spin and make out

The harsh reality is is that we need the money as as you've alluded to on another post things aren't going to be great without it.
So unfortunately when all things are considered are the club going to go all out for promotion and bank circa 125 million quid even if the entertainment value for a number of games has been low at home or are you going to try to keep Jack Jones and a few members of his family and friends happy because they might not renew their season tickets ( which would cost the club ??? )
It's a no brainer for them

if Parker does get us up at the first time of asking, it will be nothing short of miraculous.
Do you honestly believe getting promoted with one of the most valuable squads in the league is miraculous.
That should be the bare minimum.

Aye, massive entitlement amongst some of our fanbase.
When did it become entitled to want to enjoy something that you pay your hard earned money for.
