Championship play off final.

Post by TopCat » Thu Jan 30, 2025 9:21 am

Seen contradictory information on whether the game is Saturday or Monday May 26th.
Have dates been confirmed yet?

There's contradictory information about the date. The 90 minute website says: "There is no definitive date for the 2025 Championship play-off final yet, but the match will be played between 24-26 May 2025". The EFL site currently says: Championship: Saturday 24 May; League One: Sunday 25 May; League Two: Monday 26 May

I seriously hope we're not involved.

We look nothing like a knock out team.

I completely disagree, i think with a strong defence were a perfect 3 game team

3 nil nils could do it just need to win 2 penalty shoot outs! I'd be pretty confident after Traffords performance agsinst Sunderland.

We've started practicing penalties already.

I think we are well set up for successful playoffs campaign. It's a bit of a myth that they are a lottery - usually the better teams prevail (not always obviously and the final is a single game where anything may happen, but we should be too strong to lose the semis)
