Re: Season ticket 2025/26 renewal reminder
That’s the plan - but you can’t always believe it.
Having previously been told that all of our block of 4 would automatically renew - one of us gets the following-
Your seat(s) will be reserved for you until Friday 31st January, all you need to do is log in to your Ticketmaster account to renew. You must renew before then to keep the same seat(s).
You can renew either online, in person at the ticket office, or over the phone

Was that seat on Direct Debit this season? Were the other 3 also on DD?LincsWoldsClaret wrote: ↑Tue Jan 28, 2025 6:10 pmThat’s the plan - but you can’t always believe it.

We've received the same today, even though we pay by DD. Think I'll try and email and get written confirmation that our seats will be renewed

Re: Season ticket 2025/26 renewal reminder
These ticket threads are always a good laugh…
All we’ve had to do since 1882 is sell a finite amount of tickets to a spectacularly well forecasted set of football matches. How we continue to get it so wrong is one of the mysteries of the modern world…well, at least to our ticketing team it is.
I’m gonna be swapping seats, swapping stands in fact and I’m absolutely dreading it.

Not sure Ticketmaster have mastered the whole ticket thing!

Re: Season ticket 2025/26 renewal reminder
Suppose you are a DD Season Ticket Holder, and you are undecided on if to renew for next season. The 1st Payment for next season will not come out until 1st May or just after. If you were to do nothing, and allow it to auto renew on 3rd Feb, but then at the end of April you decide you don't want to renew. I expect if you just cancelled your Direct Debit and informed the club, it could be resold to somebody who may be on a waiting list and no further issues? (Question not about me, I am renewing, this is genuinely 'asking for a friend!')
Re: Season ticket 2025/26 renewal reminder
I raised some of these issues with the Club and received this reply -
Any supporters with issues should contact the Ticket Office. We have been doing everything we can to ensure all supporters who haven’t received an email about renewals get one. This can be difficult with some fans having unsubscribed etc. It seems a few emails have been sent in error but we have a lot of checks planned next week to ensure everyone who paid by direct debit this year gets auto renewed.
Based on the number of renewals we have had so far, and the number of auto renewal enrolments, we don’t feel there are any significant problems with the messaging we have sent out.

Re: Season ticket 2025/26 renewal reminder
One email to the ticket office to just confirm all our tickets would be renewed by DD. Positive answer back 5 minutes later. I wish I got that service from other things I buy online if I have a question.
Re: Season ticket 2025/26 renewal reminder
Just got separate emails to say ours had been automatically renewed.

No, did nothing and the emails arrived.fidelcastro wrote: ↑Mon Feb 03, 2025 5:42 pmHad you contacted them beforehand?
I've not received anything.
One was a couple of minutes after the others so perhaps they won't get sent all at once.

On the email it says that you can view your order in your account history, so it might be worth looking in there.

Re: Season ticket 2025/26 renewal reminder
I rang the TO today, primarily about Season Ticket renewal, but mentioned loyalty points not added to my account. The points are now added AFTER a match has been played (which was news to me and the lady I spoke to) and although they appreciate the Pompey match was on Saturday, they will be added to accounts shortly. That’s what they told me anyway.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Mon Feb 03, 2025 8:06 pmI've not had any emails or anything in my account history. There's also no points added for Portsmouth either yet

Got email this morning about 8;30 to say confirmation of purchase with a link to my account , went on that and it shows I have indeed renewed my seat for next season same seat as previous too and with the correct age on 65+ oh my I feel old and my lack of faith in the Club getting it right was never in doubt, although did not sleep last night as kept thinking it was not going to happen, or maybe it was the transfer window in case spurs came in with a really strong bid for Esteve

Re: Season ticket 2025/26 renewal reminder
I had the same issue in Longside Upper, they’ve done away with U12 tickets this season, only U18s. Luckily I saw it on the online portal a couple of weeks ago and popped into the ticket office to voice my concern why my soon to be 7 year old was being charged for an adult ticket.gandhisflipflop wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2025 4:48 pmMy daughter has an under 12s ticket and it’s been renewed as an adult. They proceeded to tell me his DOB etc was correct on the system but didn’t understand why it had jumped to an adult one as opposed to the new U18.
Thankfully they sorted it there and then and I’ve had the email today confirming his U18 ticket for next season.

It’s nowhere near good enough for a club aspiring to be in the PL. Looks like I will have to take time out of my working day again to visit the ticket office. If I didn’t live local, I have no idea what I would do as they don’t answer the phone.CryerBFC wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2025 10:15 pmI had the same issue in Longside Upper, they’ve done away with U12 tickets this season, only U18s.
