Foster is fine once he's finally controlled it. Good when the ball is on the ground.

I can't believe I'm saying this but the referee has actually been ok.

Yep decent half and I think 2 or 3-0 would have been nearer to what it should have been but will take it.

On another night, we’re 4 or 5 up. Hope we come out and blow them away second half.

HT.
Should be three up at the very least.
But at least we're creating the chances.

Egan-Riley’s passing has been immense again. He even pinged one on his left foot with the same quality.

Hannibal has been hugely impressive too. Good on him.

Brilliant first half. Just hope we can get a second early in second half as would be a shame if we ended up having to shut up shop and hold on to a 1-0 for last 20 mis after how well we've played

Could have been 4-0 up after 15 minutes tonight. Need to back the players IMO, the negativity inside the ground must certainly be affecting their confidence. Get behind them and lift them up.

No obvious sub so far. Foster has been fine once he has control of the football it's just it can take him 5 seconds for that to happen.

The irony of "I'll slag off who I like" from someone adorning the mantra of "stop slagging off Foster". Give your head a wobble, embarassing yourself.

I'm not exaggerating, but this is the first game I've seen in a while, and going off the comments made about previous games I thought I'd bring a good book with me.

Well, I have to say, I have hardly taken my eyes off this one. A deserved ht lead and some lovely football played.

I like you defending the players.

Foster has been his usual frustrating self. Good bits and bad bits. We all want him to do well.

Some good stuff that half, the game should be out to bed already.

Oxford are the worst side we’ve faced at home this season.

Surprised to see the moaning. We've absolutely dominated them. Good first half performance. Will put them to the sword in the 2nd. Despite the agenda again foster on here currently, I think he's played fairly well

Flemming missed two sitters then disappeared! Oxford should have equalized late on. We need to keep the pressure on them and not sit back and defend as We normally do

Hannibal, Cullen and Anthony have been very impressive. We just lack that final piece of composure... game should have been done and dusted, we've battered them.

He just hasn’t. He had an easy lay in for Flemming and hit the first defender, who wasn’t even in the line of the pass to Flemming. He’s missed a wonderful chance. He’s let two simple receptions of good passes go out of play and the one that annoyed me most just before HT a very long ball was played up to him, he barely had to move to bring it down with his boot and he ended up jumping for a challenged header.
Apart from his pass to Cullen for the goal most of his passes have gone astray.
A 4 at best.

Great first half everyon eplayed well

Just one small gripe.

Would like to see Foster up top and a "proper" left winger Edwards? as I have no idea why we persevere with him out of position.

Can't fault parker or the game plan today . Should have been 5 up at half time but for poor finishing.

Hoping for a couple more goals this half.
