Busiest couple of days in the season - I know let's close the office and have a training day!

Ticket office is closed every Wednesday, they say you can telephone them but I've left three messages now since 11am and nobody has rung back. Where did you hear they were on a training day?

They are normally closed on Weds but the answering m/c message says Mon-Fri

I was down there for work this morning. People in the ticket office but closed, asked if I could ring and they indicated tomorrow.
