Coventry v Leeds

Post by dougcollins » Wed Feb 05, 2025 5:42 pm

Not on the TV tonight, unless anyone can tell me different?

Can't believe Leeds aren't on Sky.

Sky sports + could mean red button but I’ve just checked tonights fixtures on sky sports app. It would normally say “sky sports +” but it doesn’t.
Sky have the Mags v Gooners as main match and Posh v Robins in EFL trophy on 416.
Worth checking the red button at kick off time if you’d prefer that game.

No - the match has not been selected for live TV coverage in the United Kingdom. While midweek games are generally shown, this particular game was not initially pencilled in for a Wednesday night slot.

Can't find it on Sky.
Think it's on here though, if anyone wants to bother with it.

Cheers Buxton. I'll have this on the tablet silent and watch the cup thing at St James' on Sky.

Got a feeling about Coventry tonight.

They have Sheff Utd and Sunderland to play this month so they might not be out of sight. If they are then Sunderland and Sheff Utd will have lost points.

When Leeds go forward, two things:

The speed they do it

The number of players involved.

That pedestrian thing that we do is infuriating.

Coventry have just not turned up here. Their commentators are disgusted with their attitude. What on earth was their keeper doing for the second goal?

Coventry are appalling admittedly....but its the Leeds full on approach that is scaring the wits out of them...they're just going for it, and that combined with having a couple of finishers in the squad, is why they'll be a dozen points clear by April. Minimum.

Should be 3. Coventry caught totally square with a long ball and James should score but doesn't get the lob right

Leeds have similiar intensity to us under Kompany in the champ...and like most of our opponents then, Coventry are just rabbits in the headlights.

Not sure how a thread about someone asking why this game isn't being shown on Sky Sports+ has resulted in a few posters having a (yet another) pop at our club.
