Zian's first at TM; how important might that be?

True. Maybe they brought it in a while ago, they just haven't had the opportunity to play it yet

Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
Hannibal is looking class at the moment. Apart from that shot though!
Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
They went to him just as we passed the ball through the middle!

Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
The confidence we seemed to lack in attack is starting to turn, don't want to jinx us, but we look so much better playing like this. Same team, completely different attitude.
Keep it up lads

Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
Really good so far while still having that standing around style, pausing, then passing the ball safely, that kills the atmosphere. I sometimes feel more tempo is easy to inject but they choose not to.
Just watched it this second while typing when Anthony had it on the right and paused, killed all tempo. MoM so far by the way.
Got to keep cracking on. Can’t stop at two. This lot Hull are good to go.

The fluidity in this performance is fantastic. Some too class linkup play and clinical finishing.

Sheffield all over Boro, but the Boro keeper has kept it scoreless.
Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
Dunno but he got excited just then when Hull put it 17 yards wide.

Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
Slow motion doesn't give enough account to the deflection before the cross got to Flemming.

Embarrassing from Laurent
We could have kept on and possibly got a third, it's well within reach.
Why's he trying for a penalty there?

Maybe Anthony has upped his game as his place is now under threat from Edwards?

Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
The workrate and effort to get the ball back when we lose possession has been absolutely outstanding.
Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
Could have been 5 or 6 this half
Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
United go up.
Re: Burnley v Hull Matchday thread
Laurent Hannibal and Anthony have been excellent…how does browny get back in?
Flemming drawing fouls…learning from Barnes ?
Hull are awful

If this "style" doesn't float your boat then you're absolutely following the wrong sport. Proof that some people will never be satisfied.
