Not a bad time that one, better than lunchtime or later evening for non locals.

I think Watford away on Good Friday is staying at 3pm. Sky have picked three Championship games for that day, at lunchtime, teatime and evening.

Better time that for Easter Monday.

Sure some will still be moaning it's not a 3pm on a Saturday

Late arrival home for me then. I have tickets for this game, a 230 mile drive home afterwards and then to cap it off a 5:15 start Tuesday morning.

Apparently he has recorded over 60k miles this season alone ... he also has a season ticket 🤣.

Am hoping to catch up with him before the end of the season just to shake his hand... and have a beer.

That US fan must have some dough to do so many trips each season. Can't imagine it's cheap from Colorado.

I've done my share of moaning about daft kickoff times, but did people honestly think Sheff U wouldn't get moved?

Don't mind the 5.30pm slot much better than 12pm or 8pm.

Imagine a bank holiday, sun shining and Leeds lose at 3pm, granted it will be raining and Leeds will win but it is a nice thought.

I wouldn't go as far as saying FB is for the old and stupid, but he does have a point. I know quite a few who have ditched it for a quieter, less stressful life away from all the narcissism and obsessional notifications checking.

By the end of the season, 33 of our 46 league games will have been shown live on Sky.

And having been to Middlesbrough on a Sunday night at 8pm I’m not going to complain about a 5:30 kick off.

Finances didn't allow me to get a season ticket this year, so having so many games on TV has been fantastic for me personally (I share NOW TV with two others so it's much cheaper than a ST.)

As an aside, didn't we play them at home on East Monday during the 2009 promotion push, with Paterson scoring the winner? That was a huge game with us both going for the play offs.

That Sheff Utd home match was played on Monday 20th April, live on Sky. Easter Monday was the week before.

It was a Monday but I’m sure Easter was week before

Definitely wasn’t Easter but we played them on the Turf on Easter Monday two years ago.

Further aside, Burnley's first ever Easter Monday League match was on 26th March 1894 at Bramall Lane, losing 1-0.

I think it was our last ever visit to Ninnian Park on that Easter Monday.

Definitely easier for us, traffic should be lighter after the game so maybe home by 2230/2300.

Biggest game of the season and we are well and truly living in their heads.

Great to get Wade Elliott on the bench for this one.
