I don't know of any bars but there are no prem games to compete with.
So if you go to any sports bar there's a very good chance they will put it on for you.

Celtic are playing so Irish bars might be a struggle.

yes, the outback is your best bet, only problem is that they often have several games on, and the commentary game can be anybody. usually a few clarets in though
