He's going to score lowly, and rightly so, but the real villain is the linesman.

Lost it. I think the very poor lino had a lot to do with it.

The performance by those 3 officials today wouldn’t have looked out of place in a grassroots game down on Towneley! Absolute shockers the lot of them.

He was below average but so many of the horrendous decisions were made by linos.
The offside goal and the handball pen we should have had. Bell was looking in from 25yds out central and the defender held his arm out pointing at the goal. No chance the ref could see that but the lino was looking in he should have flagged it.

Garbage utter garbage (for both sides really) - i think they were using percentage dice randomly to make decisions. The ope ing goal was a scandalous decision. There wasn't even 1 player between him and the goal line when that shot is taken

Another in this strange genre of Kitchen, Ward, Linnington refs.
Won’t give ANY major decisions, but instantly blows when anyone falls over so the foul count looks about right.

Mixed bag really. Their goal was offside, but that’s down to the liner.
It was his definition of what’s a free kick or a booking very inconsistent. Ignored the time wasting, as per usual. Got the red card right.
Scores an extra mark for somehow managing to windup the Coventry fans more than as.
Not the worst referee but the standard in this league sadly is getting worse.
