Having just rang again. They have messed up. I have been told they are in the process of moving all lower tier sales into the upper tier, non restricted view seats, and onky seling restricted view on line (allegedly) until thats done. Confirmation email will follow.

Ps they wouldnt move me over the phone as they were in the process of working through them. Also said i wouldn’t be able to but on line my own seats and then sell my original lower tier back as it would only give me restriced view

I’ve just phoned- twice- and we’ve been moved from z3 to z6. Lass said QPR have messed up with selling lower tier and they are moving people. Must be keeping some of us in corner of lower tier. Nightmare

It’s block Z1 to Z4 that are being moved
Z5 and Z6 are unaffected

Ive been allocated upper tier y6 row G. It says restricted view but the website which shows views from seats it looks fine.

All tickets say restricted view. Go on aviewfrommyseat . com and see if you can find a similar view to check.

QPR have now just got Z 2,3 and 4 on sale.

Just been online to purchase mine and the seats that are left are all restricted view I think. However when checking on viewfrommyseat they look ok to me and perhaps the issue is not being able to see the byline immediately below you...which if stood up anyway wouldn't be a problem?

I rang them this afternoon they said they are sorting it and should get an email today. Not received one yet so hopefully will get it tomorrow.

Where you using either a sky or yahoo email address?

It's interesting that you should ask that. I have a Sky email address, and I've not been getting email confirmations or QR codes for u21s tickets I have been ordering.

I went into the ticket office to enquire, and the person who served me insisted emails have been sent to me, but would resend them. After a few seconds of refreshing my email account whilst stood at the counter, I hadn't (and still haven't) received any confirmation emails or QR codes. I had to push to get printed paper tickets instead.

Don't Sky use the Yahoo platform for emails?

Yes sold out, they went on sale on Monday for fans with more than 2,000 points.

The club / TO are ringing those effected to let them know they have been moved and new tickets will be emailed.

Just received my call, and told new tickets will be with me in 10 mins. Tickets received as promised.

A friend of mine has received a message telling him he's being moved 'a block or two' but he'd never bought a ticket in the first place.
