Sorry - Parking tomorrow night….
Hey guys,
I have tried the search function but there are too many…
I am coming down from Durham tomorrow evening for the game and then back to Clitheroe afterwards. I will be coming off the M65 and into the Padiham side of Burnley. Can anyone suggest somewhere to park so I can get a quick exit lol. I would park on Tesco but I fear I may get a ticket lol!!
Any help gratefully accepted!

The Your parking space app is showing parking at Sainsbury's for £2.80 from 6:00pm to10:30pm tomorrow.
Not sure if the get away would be quick heading up Colne Road for Barden Lane onto the Padiham bypass

If you are capable of walking through the town centre then park at Cow lane car park.
10 minute walk but very close to the road back up to Padiham/motorway.

I’ve booked the Sainsbury’s one in advance in case I can’t get on Cow Lane!

There’s usually plenty of spaces on the aptly named Parker Lane car park opposite the police station. Will only be a few quid at that time and 10 min walk to ground.

You can pay to park on the car park next to Tesco and the one across the road

Lots of free parking off Lyndhurst rd. If you leave on the final whistle you will get away with little bother. I’m usually on the motorway 5/10 mins after getting in car. Especially on an evening

Burnley council pay and display car parks charges are from 8am to 9pm, so if you park up at 6:00 you only pay for 3 hours, Parker Lane opp Tesco, Elizabeth St, Cow Lane, King St nr Crown Court, its £1.80 for 2 hours or £2.30 for 3 hours.
Centenary Way opp Bus station is £4.
Parking time limits on the streets in the town centre end either 6:00 or 6:30 pm

For a quick getaway, park on King Street (Courthouse) car park and then get on the M65 heading eastbound, come off at Nelson and get to Clitheroe via the Padiham bypass. It's a bit of a walk to the car park (0.8 miles per google) but easy to get away.
