Where's the 99% figure from?
There are supporters who have eventually renewed successfully, but after hassle that shouldn't happen.
Because the post I was replying to was quoting 1% as going wrong as an example, simple maths meant that in that example it was done right 99% of the time
Not real figures just a reply to an example

The 1% was a specific reference to a single scenario for DD auto-renew. Not the totality of those who have experienced problems renewing.

Have just received 2 emails from the ticket office ...
1st one apologising for not confirming my renewal ...
2nd one Confirming my renewal ...
Better late than never

I suppose.
Mind you I did get a confirmation email on 4th of February, so perhaps they have forgotten who they have emailed etc

My Son's auto renewed as an adult.
After a few emails I finally got a response from Anna apologising for not getting a reply. She said it was an issue Ticketmaster were aware of and they would be resolving the large number renewed incorrectly.
I received our DD mandates today and the price hasn't been changed.

The latest is that the club are ringing some supporters and taking their bank sort code and account number from them over the phone for next seasons ticket even if they were paying by direct debit this season.
Just resigned to things never improving now and trying to avoid or work around the things you know are likely to go wrong - like ordering away tickets to be posted to your house.

Let’s just be happy about automatic promotion, and for the purposes of this thread, that we don’t have to cope with ticketing for 3 play off games.

I dont live local so tried ringing prior to going down the email route but nobody ever answered.
Looks like I'm probably going to have to get to the Millwall game early and go in the office.

I received an email regarding direct debit today, address, sort code etc in it,only it wasn’t mine, nor was it to the email i have registered with the club. Luckily for them (GDP, data wise) the persons information they had disclosed to me was my dads.
Lady on the phone was very confused and apologetic when i rang to inform them and sort out.
Seemingly my dad has had a second clarets number allocated which has my email linked to. She couldnt explain why, as I have never bought his ticket for him, he hasn’t moved house etc.. and weve had the same seats on or own sperate direct debits for the last 13 years.

Is it possible to buy a season ticket sometime soon? I had a look the other day but looks like there are none for sale.

Just had my direct debit confirmation by email - the bank account details are correct, but it only shows 11 payments from 1st May 25 to March 26. The amounts are one twelfth of the total on the ticketmaster invoice, so they’re definitely missing the last one. The march 26 payment is referred to as the final one.

Personally, I’ve nothing but good things to say about the ticket office.
In the last 12 months I’ve:
Separated mine and my sons account as he is now earning his own money.
Upgraded my son’s ST from U18 to U22.
Bought a new U18 ST for my daughter - new Clarets Number.
Moved the U18 ST seat from the row behind to a seat next to us.
All of these things have been seamlessly done by the ticket office and not encountered any issues.

Just had the same email (came into the junk folder which I usually treat as scam/spam and ignore) after seeing this thread had been bumped I saw your post so opened the email ... I am sure it will all come out in the wash (so to speak).
I seem to remember a similar DD pdf last year when I set up the monthly payments, and its been going out of my account no problem ... so hopefully will be the same

Shouldn’t do. The instruction at time of purchase was for 12 payments.

Just had a look. Mainly singles now, the wings on the Longside still have plenty together.
I’m surprised the club don’t advertise the ‘last few remaining’. Convinced many will think they’re sold out and not bother looking.
Expect they’ll go quickly with premier league status confirmed.

I got three confirmation email for the six season tickets I pay. I changed my bank before Christmas and they have set up the direct debit for one of the tickets using the old account, even though the last few payments were coming out of the new account. Not sure where the other three confirmations are either. Looks like a trip down to the ticket office for me
