What are you doing
...between the play offs and start of next season?
Fortunately, the popularity of online shopping means I no longer have to follow the wife around shops uttering those immortal words; yeah, it looks OK.
I'm hoping to have built a posh outdoor bbq and dining area.

Yep, cricket and holidays and ignoring transfer rumours until the new season starts and I know whom we’ve kept and whom we’ve sold.

Couple of weeks touring Switzerland, then rip up failed turf on front garden replacing with artificial grass, then new patio in the back garden all intermixed with playing golf.
Will try to fit in a few days in Ireland too.

Re: What are you doing
Got a holiday to France lined up for the first week of the summer holidays
My auntie and uncle have retired there from New York, they seem quite content so taking my daughter to check out their new place
Might try and squeeze in a few days somewhere by myself, never been abroad alone so it's got to be worth a crack

Couple of holidays lined up.
Lots of walking the hills.
Babysitting
Eating & drinking
Reading through 50 pages of utter rubbish regarding “signings that I have first knowledge of”
Watching the reveal videos of players that were never mentioned on the transfer thread!

All too easy JohnMac but the first night we had a ask that the wife can't eat gluten. Now as you can guess we just got the stare as no English. Anyway 5 mins later google translate and "senza gluttine " did the trick .

Re: What are you doing
Holiday to Madeira in a few weeks. Got some travel coming up with work too - got some installations in Prague, Warsaw, Katowice and Helsinki - glad it's during the break as I often end up missing games!
Somewhere in between that training for a half marathon, hopefully by the end of the year - currently running 5K/5K/5K/8K/10K Mon-Fri, and upping my numbers slowly each week.

Not envious about Iron Maiden though, cos I'm seeing them on Steve Harris' own patch at the London Stadium in July.

Re: What are you doing
No idea - we've just had our yearly holiday instead of in July for various reasons - so it'll be a long summer. Not looking forward to the 200 hundred pages of rumours and pathetic bickering on here..... Any ideas ?
