Are we getting new plastic tickets?
I wonder where they'll send them this time?

I was told so - I'm lucky I guess, mine arrived where it should do, and even luckier, it was on time.dougcollins wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 5:03 pmAre we getting new plastic tickets?

I've seen other clubs online charging up to 50 quid for plastic ST cards as they try and force through digital tickets.dougcollins wrote: ↑Tue May 06, 2025 5:03 pmAre we getting new plastic tickets?

Has anybody’s incorrect direct debit been amended yet? I might give the TO a bell later on.

I’m in the same boat. Was going to ring today since I’ve heard nothing- no email. I rang last week and was told 5 days. It’s not very encouraging.

Re: Season tickets
We have 4 season tickets and had never ending problems since we changed an adult for an u12 ticket last season.
Firstly despite informing them within the renewal time period the first dd payment came out for the adult price. Took 10-20 emails, 4/5 calls to sort out and change to a u12 ticket. They deducted the first payment from the cost of an u12 ticket and then split the balance over the dd duration so it would auto renew...found out that ticket hadnt renewed automatically, went in to the office and was told no bank details were attached to the account so they took them again. Couple weeks later checked with the ticket office and was told it had been sold to another person.
Luckily they could reallocate said person nearby and took all the details again (got a confirmation this time). Checked payements and all other dd have gone out apart from 1 u12...
It's been a nightmare since they started using ticketmaster...

It certainly has and not looking forward to most of the games next season being digital!! I noticed that Sunderland fans were having problems purchasing play-offs tickets, as their ticketing platform wouldn't take payments. Guess who they use! Yeap, Ticketmaster!Claret-in-cleveleys wrote: ↑Fri May 09, 2025 8:59 am

Re: Season tickets
I had to purchase 4 tickets up front as there was no option of DD, and as I was purchasing late (5 weeks ago) I didn't want to run the risk of losing 4 seats together.
What I was shocked at though, was that I had to purchase an under 11s ticket for a 4 year old (aged 3 currently).
I'm yet to receive any confirmation from Burnley FC, only a confirmation from Ticket Master (attached).

It actually says "thanks from Burnley football club"
Re: Season tickets
I've just checked the confirmation I received when I paid up front for our tickets
It came from that address, but had a claret banner at the top with "we are Burnley" and the thanks at the bottom, so I'd suggest you'll be fine, and that is your confirmation.

I had to laugh at someone tweeting about the club being hypocritical.
They have been telling us to visit Detroit for the last 2 years and then they all go to Vegas.

Re: Season tickets
Only 1 payment taken on our 2 season tickets on the 1st may. I have emailed the club this morning on the other non taken payment, got a reply that they are aware & are waiting on the dd file from the banks & then they will be back in touch to let me know how its going to get sorted? Whether the payment comes out at some point this month or they take double on the 1st June remains open.
Hopefully all is good soon.

I got an reply from ticket office today when I sent email about update of only taking 1 out of my 3 direct debits out. They said they got info back from bank about mine which show all mine wernt took out and they know the reason for it and they put steps in place so they all took out in future months. Regarding the payment that been missed this month they ask me to ring up or go down ticket office and pay it.
Re: Season tickets
At least you got a reply. I can’t get an email back or someone to pick up the phone.

Re: Season tickets
I keep trying hopefully you get a reply or get thorough to them on phone
Re: Season tickets
No payment gone out for mine yet.
My initial worry was that someone else may buy my seat, and when I first rang them, they couldn't say that hadn't happened.
After several phone calls, I've got the same response as others on this thread that, they are waiting for the 'payment file from the banking details'
I found this and sent it to them.
There has been a big cock up somewhere in how this is being handled and I'm not happy that when I rang again yesterday to query the progress of my payments, the receptionist was very blase in her response and didn't seem interested/
I've always found the club shop and ticket office very good to deal with, but if this is the way they are going, they need Alan to give them a kick up the arse.

So, they got back in touch about 10 days ago. Apparently they’ve set up my correct direct debit for the 2nd and can I pay last months missed payment. Excellent I thought, eventually it’s all sorted.
Hahaha. So in my upcoming direct debits, it’s still set up for the tenner and not the full 48.50. What a bloody carry on.
