As many of the fans in my local will confirm Ipswich will be one of them.

Suspect this is correct. Think their last big game was in the League Cup Final in Cardiff. Don’t think they’ve made any recent play-off finals.
Accy may be another.
Re: Never played at the new Wembley
PNE have lost play-off finals at the new Wembley.

Re: Never played at the new Wembley
What is quite remarkable though is that 17 of the 24 teams in the current National League have never played at new Wembley.

It’s nice that our scruffy neighbours have never sullied the national stadium. Only time I’d want to see them there is as losing finalists in the FA Vase trophy.

Re: Never played at the new Wembley
From our point of view it's brilliant. However, it's a bit sad when looking at it from a general football point of view, that the six time FA Cup winners, the 10th most successful club in England and a founding member of the Football League and the Premier League has never played at the new Wembley.
It should be a source of shame for their ownership and board, but they couldn't give a **** about any of that.
Blackburn were actually so close to being amongst the first two clubs to play in a final at the new Wembley in 2007, when they lost out to Chelsea in a FA Cup semi final at Old Trafford. That makes the stat shared by the OP even worse for them. This is how close they came in that semi final:
https://youtu.be/kvqwtDyJ2NY?si=pJp3nFuruyUbi1Kk
Even under their rotten owners they've still had a couple of FA Cup quarter final runs, showing that they still have it in them as a club. Once in 2013 and also recently under Jon Dahl Tomasson. They've not been far away from the play offs either, but always fall short because of the bastards that own and run the place. They will never succeed under them, I think that is obvious by now.
Bookmark this prediction. I don't like saying it as it concerns that lot, but I think they will win another FA Cup when Venky's and their **** connections have gone. The signs are there. They've had 15 years of crap so far. It's going to turn under new owners and in a massive way, I feel. A Premier League return and FA Cup winners at some point. We need to enjoy this superiority over them while we can.

Re: Never played at the new Wembley
Stevenage have indeed played there but were a non league club at the time, in fact they were the first winners of a "senior trophy" at the New Wembley beating Kidderminster Harriers (whatever happened to them) 3-2 in the FA Trophy Final 2006/7Herts Clarets wrote: ↑Wed May 14, 2025 11:57 amAll 4 have been named:

Burnley have more chance of wining the FA Cup 3 times before your lot ever have a sniff a lifting it....Hutchy wrote: ↑Wed May 14, 2025 2:26 pmFrom our point of view it's brilliant.
