Lancs League derby day
So here we are sports fans...
Burnley win the toss and put House into bat. Sensible decision on a day like this.
46 over game and a delayed start

231/5 House finish on. Scoreboard saying 233 but we think a six has been given for the last ball when it landed just short.

Re: Lancs League derby day
can you tell me why Burnley get the full 50 overs to chase 232, when Lowerhouse only had 46 and posted 231, this D/L method makes no sense

Burnley are now 63/4 but are looking to have no chance with only 29 overs left.

You get what you pay for I guess. Lowerhouse should walk the league and cup double. No real competition from what I can see

Re: Lancs League derby day
When your wicketkeeper who can stand up to the the stumps for the likes of Joey Hawke has to be over a pitch length away from Walker then he must be a bit rapid.onewillieirvine wrote: ↑Sun May 25, 2025 4:55 pmThis lad Tom Walker looks a bit sharp, any confirmations ?
He can also bat a bit.
