If you think MAN is bad try Frankfurt for connecting flights. It's a positive marathon, truly "survival of the fittest" and deliberately made worse because we do not belong to the Schengen group.
Yep Frankfurt is trouble i must say .
A few years back we had a connecting flight with Lufty , they were an hour late so had to run between terminals
We missed the flight . On the other hand they booked us on another flight 5 hours later and gave us a voucher for €32 to spend on food and drink , then they contacted us to say they were sorry for the delay and gave €400 back .
Not worst.

Had a nightmare going from Frankfurt after Mainz away. Oversold the flight then claimed it was cancelled due to weather

I think you were sat behind me that day. Outside the weather was a bit windy but that's about it.

The weather certainly didn't affect my mother landing later in a Lufthansa aircraft later that evening 😂

Another Germany efficiency myth busted.

Just in plane at Manchester now. The car park ferry service charged £6 each eay for the drop off fee! Two couples travelled so they get £12 for a £5 fee!

There was always a free drop off car park, with free bus, are you saying that's stopped?

Get dropped off at one at the Jetparks and use their free shuttle bus service.

Having travelled through many airports, Bergerac was the best, lovely 1950's style frontage, and 28 minutes from saying " Thank you " to the cabin crew, to driving out of the car parkin the Hire car ! Mrs Clarets4me were once delayed for 4 hours at Charles-de-Gaulle, fortunately, for once we were flying " Club Europe " with BA, and had access to their rather splendid Lounge with free drinks ...

My favorite memory was walking out of Bordeaux Airport, to see a female flight attendant coming the other way. This woman was so beautiful she should have been painted on the side of a B-17 Bomber, jet black hair, olive skin and bright red lipstick. As she approached, a gust of wind took her skirt, revealing her lace stocking tops ... naturally, as a Gentleman, I averted my gaze immediately !!

No I saw a sign for that in the way into the paid drop off. I won't be using Giant Parking again! (Bit of wasteland in Ashton Under Lyne!)

Never heard of them, but most parks give free buses

I either use the official car park at terminal 2 or a taxi

Pricing up for September...taxi is £50 cheaper than parking

It would have cost a little more from Stirling.
