Good to see that Brooke Norton-Cuffy is continuing to realise his early potential.

Remember being impressed by him when he played at the turf for Rotherham (on loan from Arsenal) in our previous promotion season.
Is he still with Arsenal?

Found him. Genial for an undisclosed.

I see they've sorted the co-commentary out. I wouldn't want to watch another game listening to Conor Coady unless my TV could slow the audio down to half speed.

Are we rooting for an England win lads or is it cool to have no interest in the under 21’s too?

That was a great opertunistic goal, taken really well.
But Elliot's definately got that 'knack' of seeming to just know where he has to be for a chance.

Not really, just that there seems to be quite a lot of support for the under 21’s yet when the first team are playing the vibes are generally negative. Just wondered if I missed a memo?

Like most football things it’s probably down to style.

The U21s can naturally play with a bit more swag than the first team. Less pressure on the result

Same few posters commenting on a thread hardly qualifies as quite a lot of support.

What’s everyone’s thoughts on Stansfield as a striker option for us?

No way Birmingham sell him for less than £25 million. Maybe more. They've got good money behind them now and probably fancy a good run at promotion this season

It’s probably my first time watching him and he definitely seems to have something about him.

But like you say 25m would be crazy money.

Doesn’t seem like you’re doing a great job ignoring me.

Not sure what is controversial about my comment. The tone on the U21 threads this tournament have been far more positive and supportive than any thread on the England first team, I just find that curious.

I can certainly see why, but that is crazy money in league 1. That’s probably as much as we will spend in the prem on a player

Fair point that Commy

But I’ve been so impressed with his link up play and off the ball running tonight.

creating so much space and time for the other lads.

Not necessarily saying he’s a good fit for us. But I’ve been impressed by him tonight
