Lazio tickets ...

Post by Bob Lorder » Mon Jul 14, 2025 7:58 am

Went on the website and bought a ticket when they first came on sale .. Will the tickets be downloaded to your phone in the form of a barcode nearer the time & you scan your way in at the turnstile ?

Can't find any info about it on the BFC app ..

All tickets will be issued via email and Supporters will be able to download their tickets via a link emailed to the Lead purchaser from 21 July.

Anyone received their tickets yet?

They are going to be released in next 24hrs , they did not think any one had been sent one and to check if the one received is a duplicate one

I ordered five, got three but not the other two. When I queried it I was told I shouldn't have received the three in the first place. I asked why not and was told that the new manager doesn't want tickets sending out early.

Wonder why that is? Surely the sooner they send them out after purchase the less hassle they would get from people contacting them to ask where their tickets are! What is annoying/confusing is when it's digital tickets and the confirmation email doesn't have them attached but there's no message explaining when and how you will get the downloads!

Can you purchase them in person at the ticket office?

Thought I'd combine a trip in for a ticket and a new first team shirt.

My dilemma is whether to get my usual XXL or be brave and get an XL, as the weight is continuing to drop off!!

On the Club website it doesn't say whether or not you can get them in person at the TO but I would expect that you can.

Just been down to the ticket office to buy Lazio tickets.
Door locked. Asked at the shop and a member of staff said they're closed Thursdays. I said, 'it's Wednesday', oh yeah she said, they're closed Wednesdays.
So the ticket office is only open four days a week then.

Mine has come today, but only mine. The others I booked for must have gone to their email accounts so now I have to chase round and check they have their emails!

Also no print at home option? Does anyone know why this?
And to get a paper ticket you can only do it on the day of the game, not any day before. What? Why can’t someone go and pick them up beforehand?
Seems overly complicated. If they had done as they have for cup games in the past they could have emailed me all the print at home tickets so I could print them off and distribute them. But I suppose that was far too simple for them.

I just realised I've booked 2 tickets on the same clarets number, is that a problem? I usually put my mate's number in for the second ticket but it didn't ask for it.

I'd check but as there aren't any loyalty points awarded for pre season games it shouldn't matter

Attempted to purchase tickets yesterday, there was a problem on the website when trying to purchase saying
Unfortunately, the items you have selected do not have a common delivery method assigned, please purchase them separately.

Sent an email this morning and the issue was resolved, logged back in and then there were only the odd single seat showing available in the whole ground, emailed again and on the third attempt the season ticket priced tickets weren’t showing! Ended up calling to purchase them.

I’m far from a techno phobe, and I seem to have issues quite regularly when purchasing tickets, is it just me?

Some do, some don't
Touch wood personally me and several that I know don't have problems, I'm aware that others do. It'll be a bit of user error, and a bit of website issues plus some compatability issues with certain operating systems.

I went to the ticket office on Friday 1st August to purchase 1 ticket for the Lazio game. I paid and was told that the ticket would be sent to my email address. I asked if I could have a printed ticket there and then as I didn't have a printer. Told that I didn't need a printer, but I responded by saying that I wasn't very confident with downloading from emails, not very computer literate, and could they please just print out the ticket there and then. I was told that couldn't be done, and it was easy to do.
Hopefully it will arrive soon.

Last nights issue was definitely a website problem as I tried different hardware, browsers and accounts plus they seemed to admit as much this morning. The other two issues this morning could have been a browser issue and in hindsight it was maybe not showing the season ticket prices as the user had logged out.

The system does seem very flakey and it doesn’t take much to prevent you from buying tickets. Like I say I’m not a technophobe but god help those that are!

I have my digital tickets now though and I’m looking forward to seeing the mighty clarets on Saturday!

At 20 quid for an adult and 15 quid concession for non ST holders to watch a friendly I'm not in the slightest bit surprised.

I was weighing up going with my wife and lad, but I'll give it a miss at that.

Our seats in the JHU aren't available so I've moved down to the front row near the centre of the JHU. On reflection, should have moved out to the Bob Lord Stand for this one. Not sure why I didn't suggest it to our group!

A real opportunity to take kids on for this one lost for some because of the pricing. My brother, like me, is paying £10 for a senior season ticket holder but the cost for taking his 6-year-old grandson is £15 because he's not a season ticket holder and that's the concession price for non-season ticket holders.

For a child that age, it was £5 at Huddersfield and just £1 at Stoke.
