If they've already gone on sale to the Spurs fans, then yes, it's too late.

Re: 2025/26: Tottenham Hotspur V Burnley – Ticket Information
Pleased you enjoyed it. I’d been speaking to Simon Evans at the podcast for some time about doing it. I thought for a while I might have to go on but thankfully didn’t. Simon Jackson (our interim chair) and James Hart did brilliantly. Also, Greavesy who was interviewing fully understood and helped so much.
The club have indicated they want to engage so we are now just awaiting that. I can understand that being the question but hopefully that will soon have a positive answer. As I said further up the thread, the take up has been excellent so far, definitely beyond my expectations.

A big group of us wanted to go to this game when the fixtures first came out, with varying number of points, while train tickets were reasonable.
Nobody trusted the board to take a big enough allocation to get us tickets, so we didn't book the train.

It’s because after people select the tickets they’re reserved for 25 minutes while people complete the purchase. This will be the release of seats from people who didn’t complete their purchase on time.RickyBobby wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 12:30 pmWhy are they drip feeding the last few seats?

As I say, have to confess that if the decision were left to me I wouldn’t have taken the extra 900 in height of summer, so I can’t really rant too much but it’s looking a very poor decision now.Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 1:00 pmA big group of us wanted to go to this game when the fixtures first came out, with varying number of points, while train tickets were reasonable.

I’m happy to plug it too. Please consider joining. It’s only a fiver until the end of July next year.

Will the club engage with the ISA though? Seen as they already have the FAB in place.

They only sporadically engage with the FAB so far, tbh. So many decisions seem to get relayed to the FAB in advance, often under a NDA, but very little consultation on anything more substantive than the pie kiosk's fayre or ticket office opening hours seems to actually have been actively consulted on.
I've joined the ISA, and i previously have joined the Trust, however i fear it may end up being futile. Got to have a crack though, certainly. keep knocking on the door.

I don't know, but i'm not going to be naive enough to dismiss the possibility that that could easily be the club reselling tickets themselves.RickyBobby wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 1:41 pmDisgusting to see this. I

Swansea 994
Chelsea 1473
Chelsea 1440
Arsenal 1372
Liverpool 1526
I’m not sure what is particularly attractive about Spurs, versus say Liverpool? And with three London clubs not even reaching 1500 you can see why the club would think 2100 was ample.
But my main reason is the time of year being mid-holiday season, although maybe that’s my bias because that’s when I have to go away. Same reason the Turf is often half empty until September.
Others called it and fair enough, well done.

We sold out for Liverpool - took 1,600 of which 1,526 were confirmed as being there. Likewise both of those games at Chelsea on opening day in 2017 was sold out and first away game the year before were sold out. We were close to max at Arsenal too. Don't have details for Swansea (14/15).NewClaret wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 1:53 pmHistory would suggest not, prior first premier league away attendances on a Saturday:

This was always going to happen, it was like this 2 seasons ago at Spurs too. These Clarets Memberships are open to anyone, what’s to stop someone spending £150 (or however much it is) on a membership with the view to selling on the tickets for bigger clubs at United, City, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs & Liverpool at £100-200 a do. 2 tickets per membership? Be a tidy profit come May. It was a cash grab by the Club 2 seasons ago has created this issue.RickyBobby wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 1:41 pmDisgusting to see this. I

Thing is though Pete, you’re fan who goes away every other weekend, most of us who go away know these things about allocations and how many ticket we had we sold, etc.… Look at the types who run the club or supposedly represent us on the FAB… They haven’t got a clue.

The allocations go on UTC with the ticket info. Although they are removed after each game, I retain them and Leisure is absolutely right, we sold out other than Swansea.cav wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 2:21 pmThing is though Pete, you’re fan who goes away every other weekend, most of us who go away know these things about allocations and how many ticket we had we sold, etc.… Look at the types who run the club or supposedly represent us on the FAB… They haven’t got a clue.
As I posted above, all this is why I got involved with the new ISA. It's a fan-led, democratic group that is going to do everything it can to become an organisation representing our fans through consultation and engagement with the club.

They know which seats they are so surely they can track the members/season ticket holders who bought them and block them, and then prohibit them from obtaining tickets in future.RickyBobby wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 1:41 pmDisgusting to see this. I

Looking at those low figures why did we take such a low allocation at places such as Arsenal & Liverpool?

Hopefully someone will raise the fact that the away end at Liverpool is now a more attractive prospect and the interest will likely reflect this.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 2:13 pmWe sold out for Liverpool - took 1,600 of which 1,526 were confirmed as being there. Re: 2025/26: Tottenham Hotspur V Burnley – Ticket Information
Hypothetical question.
Do we know for certain that we haven't taken the 3000, BUT only 2100 have been released via traditional channels, with the balance being used for players and families tickets, resale sites, etc?

The club should buy them. In doing so would allow them to re-sell them at face value to someone with the correct points and also ban whoever it is selling them which would become clear once they had the seat numbers.
You would only need this to happen 2 or 3 times to put a stop to it.
Re: 2025/26: Tottenham Hotspur V Burnley – Ticket Information
I'd have a wager the tickets don't exist

Interestingly, that site's sister company (same registered office) is also on a PL list of sites not to be trusted:RickyBobby wrote: ↑Mon Jul 28, 2025 1:41 pmDisgusting to see this. I

There is a degree of cynicism whereby it may be that they are just not official partners and therefore the PL is duty bound to talk them down, but i'd be cautious.

Re: 2025/26: Tottenham Hotspur V Burnley – Ticket Information
Presumably same reason as we took only 2,000 for Tottenham?
The people making the decisions about away ticket allocations don't seem to be able to gauge the demand for certain games do they?
Since it was announced that we had only requested 2,000 tickets from Spurs the overall reaction, with the odd exception, was that this would be a big mistake.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing but an early sell out was predicted almost unanimously by fans who travel to away games.
The 'powers that be' don't seem concerned at all when fans miss out because of ridiculous decisions.
A lot of our fans when going to London games like to travel by train, prices can double if you leave booking the train til nearer the match date.
So I bet there are quite a few people who have booked trains but now are unable to get a match ticket.

Of course people would book trains, have you any idea how expensive the train fare can be from Manchester or Preston to London if you leave it until 3 or 4 weeks before the game?
I personally know a couple of fans who have done this so I'm pretty sure there will be others.

You do increasingly wonder if there may be a tactic of deliberately creating a level of scarcity that pushes people towards purchasing one of the membership options......
What are the other logical explanations?

You’d expect Burnley away tickets to be a top target for touts for tourism. Sign up to our membership scheme, jump the queue, all tickets £30 of course and then resell for £150. Miles easier to get ours than pretty much anyone else’s and a Chinese fella on holiday doesn’t care which ‘end’ he’s in. He’s there for Spurs or Liverpool or whoever.
There’s going to be loads of tourists at every big club away end we go to this season.

We booked when fixtures came out, booking today would have cost the 3 of us an extra £100. Basically the price of the match tickets

Given the cost of the train, if there is 6 or so of you, you could probably book a return luxury people carrier for the same if not a bit less money
