Re: Season tickets
Despite several assurances that my DD would be sorted at the 4th attempt; there isn't anything pending from my account for tomorrow along with no sign of a notification for any upcoming game....
Re: Season tickets
It's disappeared again. I've queried it with the Club.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Thu Jul 03, 2025 8:53 amOne positive - the previously disappeared Purchase History is back. I think it was called Purchase History but it's there under Account History.

It's pretty difficult to work out from this thread, but- are we receiving new ST cards or not?

Re: Season tickets
I've been trying to find that out from the Club. It's not clear to me if the trialing of digital tickets for the 1st 3 games just applies to one off tickets bought or also includes ST holders. If it includes ST holders, I guess that will involve sending emails to 16,000 ST holders!dougcollins wrote: ↑Fri Aug 01, 2025 2:12 pmIt's pretty difficult to work out from this thread, but- are we receiving new ST cards or not?

Re: Season tickets
A friend of mine visited the ticket office this week concerned at the news of us going digital. The response from the ticket office was that this applies to the cricket field stand only and everyone else has been sent a new card. Mine hasn't arrived though.

Re: Season tickets
Neither have ours. Regarding the digital tickets only applying to the CF, if that is the case, just why didn't the information which was out out state this!ClaretTony wrote: ↑Fri Aug 01, 2025 4:31 pmA friend of mine visited the ticket office this week concerned at the news of us going digital. Re: Season tickets
There seems to be “issues” with buying tickets, for both home and away games and in the issuing of season tickets every season. If I remember rightly one of selling points when we moved to the plastic card season tickets was that they would just be updated every season? I’m sure, for different reasons, I’ve had a new one every season?
I hope the club are aware that this causes some of us a great deal of stress? Will the new card land in time? Will the digital thing work? Can I actually navigate our own ticketing system?
I don’t like IT and I’m not interested in it however it surely could be easier than this situation. Is this something that new supporters group could take up with the club please?

Because they are very poor when it comes to giving us information, that's when they give us any at all.

My father in law is transferring his season ticket to me for the Sunderland game. Or at least he would if the digital version was showing on his online account....
Is it appearing online for other season ticket holders?

Re: Season tickets
Not for me. I’m planning to transfer mine to a family member. I did it last year and it worked so I’m assuming (hoping!) it will be the same this year. Rings a bell that had to wait until nearer the game before the QR code appeared and could forward it.Stevie Morgan wrote: ↑Fri Aug 01, 2025 7:19 pmMy father in law is transferring his season ticket to me for the Sunderland game. Re: Season tickets
I had an email response from ticket office on Tuesday which read “ Every supporter will be receiving a new season card next week.” Given some of the comments maybe that doesn’t include CFS but the rest should start to see them next week.

Only reason I can think of is I got a clarets no for her grandson.
On my personal info on the club site it has my postcode.
Very strange, at least its not a stranger.

Re: Season tickets
If anyone is wanting to swap 4 season tickets, 2 adults, 2 under 12s please let me know.
We are currently sat in NL2.
My reason for moving is it's the first season I'm bringing my daughters on and I don't want them directly next to the away fans.
Having looked over from the cricket field where I used to sit, the north lower looked like it would be great for us (players coming out, close to the pitch, easy exit out to where I park etc) but now that's changed and we'll be right next to the away fans.
Long shot I know, I've contacted the club but there isn't 4 seats available anywhere else.

Hooray for Burnley FC Ticket Office.
I rang at the renewal stage and changed my address. Worried that all their systems would not marry up. Lo my ST arrived this morning at the correct address. I am armed and ready!

Re: Season tickets
I got my email on Friday:
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance both the matchday atmosphere and fan experience at Turf Moor, and following consultation with the Fan Advisory Board, a number of carefully considered changes will be made ahead of our return to the Premier League this season.
Designed to create a vibrant, fan-first space that enhances the atmosphere, improves flow, and brings supporters even closer to the action than ever before, the following changes will be rolled out ahead of the first home game of this season, 23rd August:
An all-new team arrival route down Harry Potts Way, entering the North-East car park and heading to the new players' arrivals area in the North-East corner, creating a headline matchday event and building stronger links between fans and players.
Relocation of the tunnel area (from North-West corner to South-West corner), enhancing the players’ matchday walk-out experience.
Creating a more impactful walk-out experience and building stronger links between the fans and players by switching the home and away supporters' areas in the Barnfield Stand.
Changing the matchday flow for away fans, including moving their turnstiles to the North-West corner.
Over the coming months, additional enhancements will be completed, creating significantly improved facilities to evolve the overall matchday experience for fans visiting Turf Moor.
The changes will bring greater value for our fans and create stronger links between Clarets supporters and players, with the aim of creating continued uplift to the matchday experience, in-stadium atmosphere and on-pitch performance.
How these changes will affect your season ticket
To facilitate switching the home and away supporters’ areas, your season ticket will move to the other side of the Barnfield Stand ahead of next season. Please see your new seat details below:
Block – Block XX
Row – X
Seat – XX
You can find a Stadium Map on our website here.
All Barnfield Stand season ticket holders will be issued with a digital season ticket in advance of the 10th August 2025. Information on how to access your digital season ticket will be published on our FAQ page ahead of this date.
We thank you for your support as we continue to improve the matchday experience at Turf Moor.
Learn more about these changes and how we’re going to be taking the experience at Turf Moor to the next level below.

Really seem to be leaning on the crutch of the FAB to try to dismiss any further complaints, despite us not being allowed to see any actual minutes of the discussions, so we can't see if anything, if at all, was changed about the plans as a result of this consultation.....

Yeah, I rang the TO and they were just “oh, that’s weird, we’ll cancel that ticket and issue a new one to the correct address, thanks for letting us know”
Fully expecting to receive the replacement u18 one this time next week though if I’m honest
