I’ve seen 10% mentioned on Burnleys website - Platinum priority (limited to 10% of overall allocation)

About 5 years ago I put a spreadsheet together to record every penny I spent that season………..
At the end I certainly didn’t tell my other half!!!
Multiply by the number of years and oh dear is all I can say!!!

Why can’t they put all the blocks on sale at the same time.
I’ve ended up buying 2 together and 1 seperate as thought there was only a few left about 4pm.

We've just bought ours, I'm really surprised at the low number they had left.

Im just annoyed I've missed out on 230pts.
If id have known by downloading my ticket I could have got 10 loyalty points then I would have done.
The didn't advertise that, so I bet alot of people would have missed out on those points

Starting to work how the money people want it to.
Buy priority / premium memberships.....reduces supply - increases demand.
Not so long ago many Premier League fixtures went to general sale. Anyone remember when the club offered extra loyalty points (50) just to go to Everton?
I got my tickets for United using my accrued loyalty points.

Hi Gilly, glad you're doing well for yourself old bean.claretgilly wrote: ↑Mon Aug 11, 2025 11:22 amWhy are people complaining about paying £29 to watch us in the Premier League at Old Trafford? Hardly surprising given the £30 cap hasn't increased since 2016 whilst just about everything else has - including your triple locks - and an Adult ticket was just under £50 when we went there over 15 years ago
Do you think it's right to pay £58 to take a 13 and 11 year old to a game?
Genuine question.

Genuinely i think £58 for 2 is not a bad price at all. If you compare it to concerts/theatre i would suspect football is still cheaper.

Exactly that, and what restrictions are put on the 3 extra tickets they can buy, do those people have to have over 2000 points, or can they just give them to anyoneJimmymaccer wrote: ↑Mon Aug 11, 2025 10:33 pmAbout 5 years ago I put a spreadsheet together to record every penny I spent that season………..

Quick question
Can loyalty points be combined within your connected season ticket holders?

Not sure what you mean - but you can't share loyalty points or use anyone elses.Ilkley claret wrote: ↑Tue Aug 12, 2025 10:22 amQuick question

EG: You have 2,200 and someone in F&F has 1,990 - you would only be able to get one ticket on day one.

Got 2 this morning at ticket office. Block 232. Only half a dozen in the queue at 1015.
Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
If seen people talk about 240 points for downloading home tickets? I’m assuming this is just for walk ons.
Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
All season ticket holders could download their match ticket and be credited with 10 points per game all last season.

Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Loyalty Point system working fine then. It's over an hour of sales into the 1750 pts qualifiying period and there are plenty of seats together, 270 tickets left on sale. Below the 2000pts level I wonder what the appetite is for away trips? You can get to 2000 pts with season tickets cup games and friendlies and downloading match tickets. Maybe you can understand the reluctance of the club to go for the bigger Spurs allocation.

Just looked and there must be over 200 tickets left in block 229

Must admit after some of the comments about Spurs and the early sales of this I am surprised this hasn't sold out yet.
Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Possibly late yesterday some people with under 2000 points had given up the hope of getting tickets today, seeing as there were only a handful of tickets showing as available and block 229 not showing any tickets. Maybe those people have not even bothered looking today.claret wizard wrote: ↑Tue Aug 12, 2025 11:28 amLoyalty Point system working fine then. Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Got two on the front row of 229 which I believe is safe standing so hopefully a young un will be able to see the game with a gap to the United block underneath.
Ironically, despite the grumbles about concession prices, it is going to cost me more for a 30 mile return train journey than it is to attend the match. That really is a scandal.

Re: 2025/26: Manchester United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Wow that is a scandal for train journey. I have got a return from Leyland for just over £6 (Senior Railcard applied!) which I guess is about the same distance!CrosspoolClarets wrote: ↑Tue Aug 12, 2025 11:33 amGot two on the front row of 229 which I believe is safe standing so hopefully a young un will be able to see the game with a gap to the United block underneath.

I was thinking my chances where very slim today to get tickets but they must have released extra tickets at 10am today.
I bet a load of 2000 point people will have just assumed it was sold out

Don’t loyalty points get added when you buy season ticket?
Getting points for just downloading them is double counting surely?

Just off the phone now from the ticket office, there's still a few hundred left.
