Re: Digital Spurs tickets
Why they can’t sent them out at time of ordering them I don’t know. I organise our trips from a ticket viewpoint and it looks as though they are all going to be sent to individuals again which makes that more difficult.

I can only think it’s about stopping resale markets. If you’re struggling to send to mates then distributing to strangers will also be hard and potentially put people off.

I asked the ticket office today about the Spurs tickets, the lady I spoke with said they’re being emailed on Wednesday.

Re: Digital Spurs tickets
Not the usual Apple wallet or google wallet links, no. The link is from Tottenham and it says you can only add it to one wallet. If you try and add it again, it knows you’ve already got it. Last season I couldn’t see that a ticket had been added to my wife’s iPhone so I retried it about 10 times and it had happily added it 10 times.

It’s a link that takes you to your ticket on spurs’ site and you can add it to your wallet.littlemissclaret wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 12:29 pmNot the usual Apple wallet or google wallet links, no. It is contactless so no QR code. Print screening and sending/printing it off will not work.
One of our group doesn’t even know what a smartphone is never mind him having one! I have no idea what he is going to do.
If they don’t want to print out tickets due to the cost then fine, but not giving the option to print at home is ridiculous. Even Ryanair let you print off your boarding pass at home!
All clubs seem to be making it as difficult as possible for people to attend games.

Help!
I’ve got the digital ticket on my phone, but when I press that long code ( must be over 100 characters ), nothing happens.
How do I send it to my wallet?

Mine just appeared in there after pressing the link

Try copying it and sending it to your browser and downloading it (so I'm told!).lakedistrictclaret wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 2:14 pmHelp!

I've put our tickets on both of our phones just in case one runs out or battery etc...littlemissclaret wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 12:29 pmNot the usual Apple wallet or google wallet links, no. I think as long as you don't try to scan the same ticket twice you should be good
Re: Digital Spurs tickets
On iPhone, you click the link, and it opens the ticket. You have to select "Add" in top right for it to be added to the wallet.lakedistrictclaret wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 2:14 pmHelp!

Probably worth screenshotting as well.

I’ve just spoken to a very helpful lady at the Ticket Office at Turf Moor, and my name has been added to a growing list of people with the same problem.
They are going to find a way to sort this out, and get back to me.

As I said above, screenshotting will do nothing. It is not a QR code it is contactless. You will have to tap your phone
Re: Digital Spurs tickets
Yeah, I should have expanded - the screenshot offers some 'backup' if you need to raise a query/concern (it only has seat details, no transaction) but won't gain admittanceRickyBobby wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 3:17 pmAs I said above, screenshotting will do nothing. Re: Digital Spurs tickets
Everything at Spurs is digitalised.
You need a QR code for a £ 20 burger and a separate one for ketchup at an extra £2 before being served by a robot.

Yippee!
It’s taken me three hours or more, but it’s in wallet on my phone.
What worked for me is sending the email with the ticket from one of my email accounts to the other.

So I ordered 4 tickets and only received one.
Am I right in thinking they have tried to send the others to the email addresses of the clarets number holders used?

Re: Digital Spurs tickets
Brilliant.
Re: Digital Spurs tickets
With regards to digital tickets/ mobile phones can you still get paper tickets from the office if you choose to do so?
Re: Digital Spurs tickets
Guess I'll be calling the ticket office tomorrow on this one - at least one of my party doesn't have a smart phone so intrigued as to what the solution is. If anyone already has an inkling on that one, I'd be keen to hear it. Honestly, it shouldn't be this hard.

The only thing I can suggest is having them on your phoneJacko wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 8:18 pmGuess I'll be calling the ticket office tomorrow on this one - at least one of my party doesn't have a smart phone so intrigued as to what the solution is. So what happens if you haven't got access to a mobile phone then?ClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 8:21 pmNot for Spurs. I think you can request them for home games but that’s not going to be for much longer.
Is there going to be an option to print them off and take that to the game or will it be the case that if you can't use a phone you won't be able to go?

No idea to be honest. It’s not right if people don’t have the facility to use a digital ticket.

To be fair I don't agree with the digital ticket route but it has been advertised from day 1 that these tickets would be digital. Maybe waiting until they've been delivered is waiting until the horse has bolted!Jacko wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 8:18 pmGuess I'll be calling the ticket office tomorrow on this one - at least one of my party doesn't have a smart phone so intrigued as to what the solution is. Re: Digital Spurs tickets
Never mind the issues upon arriving at the ground, navigating your way to London and back without a mobile phone is no mean feat these days.
Re: Digital Spurs tickets
I've just emailed the ticket office to clarify the situation.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 8:44 pmNo idea to be honest. It’s not right if people don’t have the facility to use a digital ticket.
At the very least you'd hope you can print off the ticket yourself.
Re: Digital Spurs tickets
Well no, it hasn't been clear that you have to have a digital wallet for tickets - recent seasons have had flexibility. And even if it were clearly advertised to all, it's still a bad system. It disenfranchises.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Wed Aug 13, 2025 8:59 pmTo be fair I don't agree with the digital ticket route but it has been advertised from day 1 that these tickets would be digital. Also, i think it's pretty impolite to respond to any query for help with the equivalent of 'thats just tough', but then that's me.

Re: Digital Spurs tickets
I apologise if you think that Im being impolite but the tickets have been advertised on this site, along with the official site, as digital since the 18th July. Many games last season and before were advertised as digital and that a digital wallet was required...
Still each to their own...

Its not our ticket offices fault. Spurs will dictate the digital only method. I believe most if not all of away tickets in the league will be digital

Spurs were one of the clubs where we had digital tickets in 2023/24 - Burnley are issuing Sunderland with digital tickets too.
