We all know there are the unscrupulous ones about but you would have assumed that somebody on here would have been honest.

Got to admit there are a few names popped up recently that don’t recognise and when clicking on profile either new or haven’t posted very often over a number of years

From what I understand, the issue was that the spare ticket didn't arrive by email when it should have done, so couldn't be forwarded on. Frustrating for both parties but not intentional.

Wilks just seen your post-bless you for thinking of me. Sadly I paid my money a week ago, and must have chased him up four times. Not once did I get any feedback, or any pro-active updates, nor once a call back. Lots of conflicting stories and by last night still no ticket at which point I asked for my money back, which in fairness I got. I genuinely feel that had I not done this I would tonight be ticketless and short of £30, and still no call back. Not the way I would behave myself was I holding someone's money. Interestingly the seller had only posted 30 odd times on this board.

My faith in the Burnley fan base was instantly restored when "Johnny Faz" contacted me via this Board. He was brilliant, instantly emailed me his ticket, offered good guidance as I struggled to loan it to my iphone wallet, and only when it was all sorted did the subject of money come up. It made me wonder whether this new way of distributing digital tickets would be a haven for a certain minority who themselves had access to tickets to exploit our fans.Readers just beware should anyone be seeking to locate tickets on this site
