Re: Ben Mee
I'd have him back here in a heartbeat.

Re: Ben Mee
Would be disappointing if he went there, only because he'd be a great signing for them! If we didn't have 40 players already I'd have welcomed him back on a 12-month deal.

If we get rid of some of the dead wood, then there would be a place for him.FeedTheArf wrote: ↑Mon Aug 18, 2025 1:24 pmWould be disappointing if he went there, only because he'd be a great signing for them! If we didn't have 40 players already I'd have welcomed him back on a 12-month deal.

Re: Ben Mee
Absolutely, but there's a lot of it to move on and there doesn't seem to be many takers.

There will be before the window closes... For most of the fringe players anyway.FeedTheArf wrote: ↑Mon Aug 18, 2025 1:30 pmAbsolutely, but there's a lot of it to move on and there doesn't seem to be many takers.

Re: Ben Mee
they are singing Godfrey on loan, have a bid in for Tanganga and another who's name I don't remember - both Godfrey and Tanganga can play fullback. The lad who I got the info from feels they could have offered Mee the deal as a back up but they have definately offered one and at this stage Mee hasn't accepted (and he is 99% right on Sheff Utd stuff)
Re: Ben Mee
Good luck to Ben Mee in whatever he does.

Re: Ben Mee
Surprised Tanganga is still at Millwall. He has a relatively low release clause of just over a millionVegas Claret wrote: ↑Thu Aug 21, 2025 2:23 pmthey are singing Godfrey on loan, have a bid in for Tanganga and another who's name I don't remember - both Godfrey and Tanganga can play fullback. Re: Ben Mee
I spoke to Ben this week as he is back local. Did make contact with BFC and wanted to come back and possibly trained with us or went to Gawthorpe but squad size is too big. A shame.
Was thankful for the great reception at the Sheff U game too.
UTC.
