Do you earn extra loyalty points if you download your season ticket to your phone rather than just using your season card..thought I saw this mentioned on this board but not seen anything mentioned on official site.

You get 5 points for attending a home game this season irrespective of if you download your tickets ket or use your season card.

Sunderland points still not gone on.

Derby points still not gone on.

I attended both matches and used my digital ticket for both in the CFS.

"walk on" Sunderland ticket, no points for me either yet.

The TO is probably very busy with Utd tickets. I'm sure that they'll go onto accounts before City tickets go on sale.

The extra five points aren’t added until 48 hours after the game. You would think they might have met the deadline with the first game but it’s now 118 hours since that game kicked off.

Nothing for the Derby game either as yet.

It happened last season although the club in a couple of responses claim not to have been aware of it.

Incredibly, when points are added or removed it states that it has been done manually. I think it was because people were buying tickets last season, getting their 20 points automatically, and then cancelling, all done to build up their points. It's some shocking system if it can't deal with that.

Surely it would be easier for points to automatically be awarded on purchase of a ticket and then manually removed if someone returns a ticket. There can't be that many for each game!

Honestly, they'd get laughed out of the building with their processes at any half decent sized business.
Nothing surprises me, though, and the arrogance of those above means your point will never be heard, never mind addressed.

Sorry to be a little dumb about this but, much to the chagrin of a couple of embittered posters on here, I've been obliged to be on a family holiday in Florida for the last month. I wanted it to be Bridlington but there you go.
Anyhow, are the CFS season ticket match tickets downloaded to your phone one by one oras a job lot?
I got the Sunderland one, a match I couldn't attend, I'm just wondering when and how the next home game will appear.
