I'm genuinely asking as I've not had any issues really apart from sometimes they send them out a bit later than stated.

I've seen a few issues that are more technical which I can imagine is a pain if your not used to it

That's more of a 2025 ticket issue than a Burnley FC issue though

Like I say - I've seen a few issues but obviously haven't seen anything major that didn't end up being user error so that's why I asked

Just personally think it needs to be pretty serious to be thinking about boycotting away games...

Of course if it's seriously affecting people, Burnley need to sort it

Worst thing i've seen is trying to charge for a reprint ... which is ridiculous

You need to look at all the ticketing threads, people not being able to get in at away games and many other problems.
