Think we need to calm down, as somebody posted above the Norwich deal to buy Sporting Lisbon left-back Marvin Zeegelaar has collapsed tonight according to the Norwich fan's forum the PinkUN.
Norwich fans think it would be crazy to let Brady go as they would have no left back cover...

If this guy actually knows his stuff then that should be that as he Tweeted earlier that if we agree a fee Brady will sign.

How it used to be and it was much better than it is now. Even when I was involved with websites there used to be signings that only came to light once announced. We'll never go back to those days sadly.

"Anyone else miss the days of not knowing what was happening,"

We still don't know, we just didn't have a whole media and twitter speculation circus back in the day.

Can you imagine the meltdown we'd have had on here with some of the signings we made in the past?

All the "will he - won't he" brouhaha about Mark Caughey?

R Brady a far better signing than Snodgrass in my opinion. ( although I would like both)
He is looking to progress his career whereas Snodgrass is looking to maintain his career. A big difference.
Really excited by this signing.

And spending a fortune on ringing Burnley Club Call.

"This is Jimmy Mullen welcome to Burnley Club Call the Official voice of Turf Moor"

And that will be £10 for the cost of your call :) lol

If it is true that he is traveling over to Burnley tonight
then we have to assume we're close to getting him and that he may have a
medical in the morning and that terms have been agreed or are close to being agreed.

It doesn't stop Norwich from pulling out of any deal tomorrow morning, I presume.
Or Palace, or whoever, gazumping us.

All will, no doubt be revealed hopefully by tomorrow pm.

And then we can all utter a sigh of relief.

I reckon (and hope) that Snodgrass will turn out to be one of those over-the-hill, overweight, over-hyped expensive, Championship journeyman flops - like Ross McCormack (if he doesn't sign for us that is!).

I heard, from a totes reliable source, that Snodgrass has a weight gambling problem. He keeps putting money on Ross McCormack 'to lose weight'. Currently 7/1 on SkyBet. We dodged a bullet.

And they played together at Leeds so it is a FACT.

I know what you mean. I don't mind a bit of speculation, it can be a bit of fun and make for decent conversation.

However in the last 3/4 years on both message boards (and I've said this before) it has reminded me of a load of starving Africans with their hands in the air at the back of a United Nations food truck.

Hungry for news.

If that's all that's holding it up then surely we can point Norwich in the direction of a decent left back -what was the name, Easton :?: :?:

Yes you're right, everyone wants to be like some loner who lives in his mums cellar, whose only way of attention is by being a prick on a football message board. About time you got yourself a girlfriend and lived a normal life. Or are you too ugly and awkward to get a partner? Is that why you're so bitter?

Apparently it now depends on whether Norwich bring in a left sided player to replace him. Surely if a deal has been agreed we can push it through. There's talk of him playing for Norwich this weekend, which would be crazy. What if he were to get injured?!
