Paul Merson
Predicts a 2-1 victory for the Clarets on Saturday! Is this a good thing or a bad thing?!

Re: Paul Merson
Was he aware he was talking about us?
Re: Paul Merson
Well I think he normally predicts we'll lose and gets it wrong
so lets hope that's not the case now he's decided to back us.
If he does get it right then I think I will feel very confident that we will
stay up. I mean 32 points with 14 games still to play.
It's got to be, hasn't it?

Re: Paul Merson
All of the bookies have had us second favourites in each of our last five home matches.
Disrespectful or just plain stupid.....or both ?
You can choose.

Re: Paul Merson
I'd take more notice of Paul Merton. At least he states his employment as a comedian

I agree with karate. I think it's called a "back-handed compliment".
