UNEXPECTED RESULTS

Post by Claret82 » Wed Mar 08, 2017 12:55 am

I never expected to get beat 1-0 again in the cup in the last minute by a lower division team
I never expected West Brom to beat us 4-0 again
And I never expected Arsenal to rob us in the last minute again either

So what are the odds on us beating Liverpool 2-0 again

Here's hoping :D

I don't expect us to beat Liverpool but sometimes football provides strange events when you least expect it. Let's hope this is one of them.

If Plymouth, Wolves , West Ham and Swansea can mastermind a result there, why can't we?

Score first and we are certainly the sort of team that can defend for their lives and fustrate teams.

If we should happen to do the double over them this season, then I think the chances of us being relegated will be very slim. 2 more draws or one win from there would most likely be enough, although 36 / 37 points might be a bit close for comfort.

As against all these teams at the top I would be happy with a good performance. Certainly better than was on show at Swansea. Anything else is a bonus.

Gameweek 1: Burnley get beat by Swansea, Liverpool beat Arsenal (very excited Scousers)
Gameweek 2: Burnley 2 - Liverpool 0 (back down to earth)

Last week: Burnley get beat by Swansea, Liverpool beat Arsenal (pretty excited Scousers)
This week: ...

We'll win 2-1, it's inevitable UTC
